The individual chuckled lightly, his ominous and wide grin plastered across his face. The imposing presence that he possessed, was definitely on full display at this very moment. I could practically feel his magical energy coursing through his body.

It was as if my and his bodies were somehow connected through a very thin and faint string — only allowing for specific feelings to come from him to me.

Shaking my head lightly, I exhaled.

"Who are you?"

"Oh right — I've forgotten to introduce myself, haven't I?"

The individual chuckled to himself before taking a step back and bowing towards us, as if he had just completed a theatrical act.

"My name is Dinyu — and I, am the leader of the Hand Sons of Tritery."

As soon as he introduced himself, I wasted no time and immediately whipped my chains towards him. The man looked at me with a sharp gaze, grinning widely before leaping up into the air.

I quickly whipped the chains back before throwing them up towards the man, attempting to wrap them around him. Dinyu simply kicked the first chain away, before suddenly grabbing onto air itself, like it was an object, and flipping himself in one place, as if standing on an invisible platform.

Then, he grabbed hold of my other chain, before throwing it away. I shed a sweat, bringing the chains back and wrapping them around my lower arms.

[ Master, be careful. He has activated an unknown authority skill and is currently using it. ]

"I'll take an educated guess and assume that him standing on thin air like there is a platform there is due to the authority skill."

[ Correct. ]

That made this situation a bit trickier.

I turned my focus away from Dinyu and off to where the chaos had first begun from, the area where I had felt the initial rush of Magical Energy spike from.

I didn't have time to waste with the leader of the Hand Sons right now. I had to make sure that whatever was the thing that unleashed that monstrous Magical Energy wave, is first properly taken care of.

"Wezrall..."

"Yes my Lord?"

Wezrall turned to look at me, while lowering himself to the ground a bit. I exhaled before dashing forward, using the shadows below me to propel myself properly.

Dinyu looked after me, a bit surprised while I threw a gaze back at Wezrall.

"Keep him busy!"

"Hahah... I will."

Wezralls empty sockets lit up with a pair of white pupils, before he unleashed a loud, loud howl — then, before Dinyu could chase after the serpent, he leapt at the Leader.

Dinyu quickly turned his attention to the incoming Wendigo King, before snapping his right hand fingers. In an instant, a mass gust of air was shot out towards Wezrall, pushing him back a bit, before the man leapt at the Wendigo.

"I wanted to fight the Death Serpent himself, but I suppose you will do just fine..."

Dinyu stated with a wide, wide sinister grin. Wezrall scuffed using his arms to tank the first initial strike, which sent him into the ground — kicking up a cloud of dust and dirt.

Then, through the cloud, his eyes shined, before he launched several beams of ice towards the Hand Sons leader, who simply leapt back into the air and propelling himself through the air, as if he was leaping off of platforms that were not visible to the naked eye, he appeared to be flying through the air, dodging the Wendigo Kings attacks.
