Dérion POV
"Come on chéri (sweetheart) please" I said pouting.
"For the thousandth time no!"
"Please baby please!"
"No, Dérion were in a public place"
I just continued staring at her.
"Omg fine come ere"
She sat down on the couch as I laid down on her lap and she started rubbing all through my hair. Bruh, when I say that shit feel so good like I'm on my own galaxy floating and when Brooklyn do it, I'm just in heaven. She just wanted to play stank.
We were in the furniture store at the moment. I finally found us a new condo on the outskirts of Margate. All we needed now was furniture for the living room since my shit was destroyed.
It's been quiet around our parts lately, we haven't heard from these niggas ever since they trashed my place. I just hope it stays that way but I'm not taking no chances. All the women and kids in the crew take a security guard wherever they go unless the men are there.
"Umm excuse me sir you can't lay on the furniture"
I got up so fast "My bad mame it was all her idea I tried to tell her not too." I said pointing at Brooklyn.
She gasped then got up "Mame it wa-"
"Miss whatever the case may be no laying down on the furniture" the old sales women said sternly before walking away.
I started laughing when Brooklyn mushed me in the head. "You so aggravating" she said trying not to laugh.
"Yea you love me though and which one do you want?"
"Ughh umm I don't know I never picked furniture before"
"Ok so which one is the most comfiest?"
"The one we were just on" I gave a sour face and pointed to the couch we just came off of.
"That one?"
"Yea"
"Brooklyn that's a couch for somebody gran" the couch we just got up from had flowers and branches all over it, that thing was just awful. It was the worst couch in the store I don't even know why they had it in here.
"No it's not it's cute"
I busted out laughing "I'm getting yo ass glasses asap"
"Well it's your house why don't you just pick one"
"Cause I want you to pick one"
"Ok what about this one the lamps and tables go real nice with it and its comfy" she pointed to a modern leather sofa with sectional couches. It had these long glass floor lighting and a black glass table, it was nice.
"Now you talking my language, now you talking my language" I started singing.
"Good, can we go now"
"While we here I thought I'd take you shopping a little bit" the furniture store we were in was inside of a mall so it's as good a opportunity as any to buy something.
"I need your help picking a fit for the reunion"
"What reunion?"
"My fraternity having a get together for all the graduating brothers, past and present"
"Aww that's nice where's it gonna be?"
"At the banquet hall in Tallahassee"
"You going all the way to tally?" I heard the disappointment in her voice.
