Remember: Headcanons are both current and future in the story. This headcanons are based in my opinions and perception of the characters, and some of them have been found in social media.
- He's afraid of thunders
- He's actually excellent at hand-to-hand combat. Master Splinter made sure to teach him well due to his weapon breaking all the time. Once MC appeared, he developed even better techniques.
- He's got a stress ball at his desk and it is worn.
- Likes classical music, rock and jazz. He also listens to Maroon 5.
- Sometimes when he's working on something, he'll listen to classical music. Partially because it helps him focus but also because it lowkey makes him feel like a mad scientist.
- He's immune to Mikey's puppy dog face, and is able to pull off an even better one.
- He likes classy desserts and candy.
- He's really into public displays of affection (PDA), so he'll take any opportunity to show his interest and affection towards MC, even if he's a little shy when MC initiates it.
- He's not the one to start a romantic or affectionate interaction tho, since he wants to respect MC's boundaries. He tends to wait for them to approach, and then reciprocate the action.
- By this point in the fanfic, although Donnie hasn't admitted his feelings out loud or really questioned them, he knows that what he feels for MC is much more than friendship. You just need one last little push to get down to business.
- He shows affection through actions and gifts, since he feels he's not great with words (he's actually really good at it)
- He's a picky eater.
- He's skinny because he despised algae and worms. He would only eat it if he was starving. Donnie eventually learned to just eat the food, though he still tended to skip meals more than not.
- Donnie can be just as angry and sarcastic as Raph, but after watching Raph get into trouble for his anger, Donnie learnt to bottle it up quite well.
- If he's not being constantly bugged, Donnie has the patience of a saint, but if someone rushes him when he's under pressure, he will totally obliterate them.
- He's a wonderful singer and dancer, but is too shy to do either of them in front of anyone.
- His favorite sport is baseball. His favorite team is the New York Yankees.
- He has poor eyesight, although he does not like to wear glasses. He thinks they don't suit him.
- He doesn't like physical affection very much. He'll only accept or initiate it if you're a specific person and if the timing is right.
- When the turtles were 13 Donnie got his hands on a car (none of his brother's actually know from where) and he fixed it up, then took his brothers out (into the larger sewer tunnels) to learn to drive. Both Raph and Mikey took turns trashing the car by hitting things for fun. Donnie saved this information to choose a proper driver for the Shellraiser.
- Bi/Pansexual icon
- He does NOT drink enough water
- He can sing the nations of the world from memory (Rob Paulsen, we love you)
- He may be under the asexual umbrella, and has purely romantic intentions when it comes to his crush on MC.
- He's allergic to peanuts. He had to find out the hard way.
