I dare you

"As I kissed his cheek, I turned around, leaving behind a man, who didn't knew how to cherish what he had.
"Stay" I heard his voice;
I waved instead of an answer; climbing up in a taxi, I never looked back, knowing he was running after it.
Going after him wasn't a great idea. I was the one surprised instead of Shan;
Few days I was watching at my phone, hundreds of messages, calls, emails, was like a Christmas tree, blinking at every five seconds.
"Duh, not today, not tomorrow. Y'all knew and I was the fool, screw you all"
As I was walking to the bathroom, I heard a whisper; turning around, there she was, the mirror.
"Silly girl, why are you upset? Don't you know that men's like him are like bees? Flying from a flower to another?"
"Shut up. You know nothing" I yelled and pieces from shattered mirror, filled the floor.
"Shannon Leto, what have you done, something's is just about to break and that, my darling will be your heart. But, I can't be selfish, no...I better look in another way" I said walking to the exit door.
As about to step outside, there he was; he pushed me inside, closing the door behind him.
"What the hell do you want Shan? I've heard enough crap today, so cut to the chase"
Without a word he came closer, and with a quick move, too me me hostage in his arms.
"Just shut up, you heard what I wanted to tell you from beginning but I was afraid to lose you"
Was in vain to escape from that tight embrace.
"Yes, I had an one night stand and the result was a child. I couldn't give up on him, is my blood so I took care of my baby and, in all this time, God knows how many times I wanted to tell you about it."
I was speechless to feel his tears on my shoulders; realizing that maybe, just maybe I acted stupid, because I love Shannon more that I knew.
"I tried to call you, I came here, but I wasn't saw lights in house, I was so worried that...that...something wrong was happened with you. Only the thought that I will never see you again made me to lose my f.king minds"
He was serious; leaning easily, I felt his puffy lips on mine;
"Come" I barely mumbled, as I dragged him into bedroom; there, slowly, I raised his shirt, leaving wet traces, all over the chest. He raised me up, gently, wrapping the arms around my body and put me down on bed.
"I cannot live without you, babe, I love you"
"I love you too Shan, you are everything I am, I tried to let go but I can't, is just..." My words were interrupted by his kiss.
Shannon undressed me, slowly, insisting on the spots he knew very well, until I felt him inside me.
The moment was incredible; was the first time, when Shannon was making love, slowly, gentle, instead of making me screaming like crazy.
I told him this, while I was playing with his nipple; he smiled and replied
"Don't you worry, let's take a shower and I will release the Shanimal upon you "
"I dare you"
"Oh yeah?" He raised me up, heading to the bathroom. I guess I should've keep my mouth shut...or not.
