YOUNGER TWINS ~ 17yrs
***
"Do you need your phone right now?" Jungkook asks, leaning his chair back so that he's closer to his sister. The chair is balancing on two legs and Jungkook chills like he does it every single time he sist on a chair. And more or less, the statement is true.
Jungsoo looks back with a frown, annoyed that she was interrupted from the conversation going on among her friends. "Why?" She asks back.
"Mine's dead" was Jungkook's answer. Sighing, Jungsoo takes the device out of her bag and hands it to Jungkook, only after checking if she had received any notifications. "Don't do stupid things" She advises, more than aware of the mischief dancing around her twins' body. And there were enough experiences to offer as evidences.
Jungkook rolls his eyes at that.
The girl cares to ask, "Wan' some coke?" But Jungkook shakes his head with a scrunched up nose. With that, the girl turns around to her two best friends and some of their classmates.
There had been some decorations and preparing to be done for some festival in their school. It wasn't mandatory for all the students to come but they had asked for at least ten students from each class to help the preparations of their own classes as well as the school main hall and grounds. Since Jungsoo was the class monitor, she was given the duty to gather up their classmates for the process.
She didn't have to try so much to find some classmates. With her, Yoomin and Jiwoo, that was already three. Just one text in the class group chat and half of the class's guys were in. And in reaction to that, some of the girls, which Junsoo was aware to be few of the guys' girlfriends, had also agreed. She was counting in Jungkook and Yeonjun, too. But Yeonjun had visited his sister out of town to babysit his nephew. But Jungsoo had more than ten students and that was better.
Jungkook had no reason to come but he had no reason to stay at home either, since Jimin and Taehyung weren't home. He had neither someone to annoy nor someone to annoy someone with. So, considering that he had missed some of school time due to his practices and performances, Jungkook decided to make some memories. At least the rest of his friends would be there.
Well, he thought.
The rest were busy with their own classes and things assigned to them that Jungkook was only aware of their presence because of the texts that he got. Most of the decorations of the class was were done by the girls while the guys were called to prepare the hall for the festival. The outdoor stage are was also arranged with seats and decorated with the help of them and some more students.
Jungkook was tired, in short. It wasn't that he didn't have a nice fitness. But maybe it was that constant tiredness in the body that was acting up. He had been preparing pretty hard for his upcoming album and that was why he had gotten the Sunday off. How lucky. And he could safely say that his exhaustion was visible since Jungsoo had asked whether he was alright or not enough times.
After their work was done, plopping down on a chair was the second thing he did after gulping down half of his bottle of water. Jungsoo had fallen into a chat with her friends and he just let her be. If he is being honest, he is feeling too lazy to move. And to get out of school he has to move! And if he really had the urge to go home so quickly, he would've irritated Jungsoo long ago.
Oh, he owes Jungsoo some treating, too.
How can he forget when the girl has been reminding him at every corner of the house?
Right now, he's too focused on his game that his surrounding has been blurred out. Suddenly, a notification follows after a little short vibration from her phone. He's too late to swipe it to the side when he has already tapped it, hoping to change some settings of the game he had been playing.
