Chapter 3

-Time skip to afterschool-

Catherine's POV

I gotta go find Jeanette. I want to ask her if she wanted to go to the park cuz there's nothing better to do.

I ran off trying to find Jeanette. Where the fuck is she?!?!

I then spot her.

"JEANETTE!!"
"HOLY SHIT WHAT?!?!" She says
"Where were you?!?!"
"Sorry, I got cornered by Becky and her gang."
"OMG WHAT HAPPENED?!?! YOU KNOW I'LL STAB A BITCH!!"
"OMG *laughs* No chill. This is what happened

-Flashback to what happened-

Jeanette's POV

As I was walking down the hall I suddenly get cornered by Becky, Brittany and Jen.

"What do you want?" I growl
"Oh nothing much. Just for you and your little bestie to STAY AWAY from Josh and Kyle. You see Jen is in love with Kyle. And Josh on the other hand doesn't like me as much as I do because of you. I saw the way he looked at you during class." Becky says
"And who's gonna stop me?" I say
As Becky was about to speak, she gets cut off by someone. Josh.
"No ones gonna stop you" Josh says walking towards me then stops next to me.
"I heard your little talk with Jeanette, Becky. That was totally not cool."
"Josh! *chuckles nervously* I was just-"
"Save it Becky" Josh says
"You can't be serious. You're defending the loser. *laughs* I mean look at her. She's so ugly and totes not your type."

I then shed a tear and quickly wipe it off

"Shut up Becky. She's not a loser. She's a quite beautiful and NICE girl. You have no heart Becky look at you. You're worse then a 4 year old!" Josh says
"Ugh why are you like this?" Becky says
"Because this is who I am. Accept it. And if you don't like it. Too bad. Now scram."
"Ugh!" Becky and her gang walk off
"Oh and by the way Jen, Kyle doesn't like you!!"
Jen scoffs

"You okay Jeanette?" Josh says
"Yeah I'm fine. Thank you Josh" I say, smiling and wiping of a tear.
Josh smiles. "Aw, don't cry it's alright now. It's going to be fine."

Josh hugs me. The hug lasted a while.

"Well I should get going. Catherine's probably looking for me like crazy."
"Okay, oh and I wanted to invite you to a party at my house this Friday. You can bring Catherine if you want. And I assure you, Becky won't be there, unless she stalks me"

We both chuckle

"Oh okay thanks Josh! I'll be there. No doubt" I say smiling
"Sweet okay well bye Jeanette. Gotta go to basketball practice. See you tomorrow!" He smiles
"Okay bye!"

-End of flashback-

Catherine's POV

"OMG Jeanette! Josh likes you!"
"You think?"
"No, I KNOW"
*Laughs*
"Alright just don't tell him yet..."
"Okay I won't. But OMG we get to go to his party this Friday! And I can go talk to Kyle!!"
"OMG you like Kyle! I knew it!"
"Yeah I do. Now that I know he doesn't like Jen I think I have a chance!!"
*Laughs*
