Chapter 36

-Tuesday-

Jeanette's POV

"Uggh. Tuesday" I groan, getting up. I then brushed my teeth, took a shower and got dressed wearing dark blue jeans, a shirt that says "love cupcake" and a picture of a cupcake and white black and blue sneakers. I then curled my blue hair, put on a bkack beanie and a leather jacket. I then got my phone and backpack and went to the kitchen. Alex and I had breakfast and the walked to school.

-Time Skip-

When I arrived to school I walked to my locker. I probably look like a walking zombie. Catherine and the guys were obviously waiting.

I then walked up to them, kissed Josh and smiled at the others.

"Why so quiet ?" Kyle asks
I shrug my shoulders, still not saying anything.
"Talk. These two idiots are boring me" Catherine says
"Hey!" Kyle says
"Oh shut up Kyle, I still love you anyways."
Kyle blushes
"Talk babygirl" Josh says
I sigh "There I'm talking. Happy?"
"Very" Josh says smirking.
"So why were you so quiet ?" Catherine ask
"I don't know. Didn't feel like talking " I say
"Hm." Catherine says

-Bell rings-

"See yall later alligators." I say and walk to class

-Time skip-

"Jeanette!" Mr. Harmon calls
"Hm?"
"Answer number 6." He says

I completely gazed off. I was lost. I felt so weird today. I didn't know why.

"Jeanette? Number 6?"
"Uh um, C?" I say confused
"Correct"

I sigh in relief. The bell soon rung. I was heading to 5 period...

-Time skip-

The day was over, I said by to Catherine and the guys and walked home with Alex.

When we got home, our mom was there.

"Mom? You're not usually here this early..." Alex says
"I know sweetie, I just have to tell you guys something very important. And I didnt want you to get mad at me because I didn't tell you" My mom says
"So. What is it?" I ask
My mom sighs "Have a seat kids." Shr says and sits and the couch. Alex and I do the same.

"You know I love you right?" My mom says
Alex and I simply nod our heads.
"And I'll do anything to keep you giys happy." She says

I was really getting frustrated. I wanted to know. She kept talking.

"Today, I got promoted. This job, I will be earning more money."
"Uh huh and?" I ask
"The jobs not here." My mom says
"Where is it?" Alex asks
"In California." She says
"What does THAT mean?" I say sounding worried.
"Jeanette. Alex. We're moving..."

Oh shit.
What will happen to the four best friends?
Will the still be in communication with each other?
Will Jeanette ever come back?
If so when will she come back?
