Part Seven

-Two years later-

-While training in the middle of the night-

Lucy was concentrating on gathering her magic. She sat down, closed her eyes, and breathe evenly.

Lucy noticed the sudden change in atmosphere.

She remained calm and closed her eyes.

Capricorn felt the same dark aura, "Let him at it first Lucy-sama. Concentrate."

"Uhn." she responded calmly.

That's when, she suddenly felt the shadows and a violent wind retaliate from behind her.

Without looking and calmly staying down, she called upon Scorpio and Taurus.

'We are.'

'Moo-- I get to see Lucy's moost sexy body!'

Capricorn didn't mind or even paid attention to the attack, and just casually watched his mistress in silence.

She remained concentrating and whispers, 'Please take care of it, you two...'

Both celestial spirits nodded in agreement.

The combination attack made by Taurus axe and Scorpio's sand took a good 3 minutes to battle with the unknown dark force.

The dark force then countered. It charged on all sides.

She was starting to get annoyed with the enemy, who keeps on interrupting her concentration.

Lucy opened her eyes and her eyes shined as she created a barrier to cover her 3 spirits from getting hit by the unknown enemy.

She waited for a few minutes to check if the force will counterattack.

It didn't.

'Thank you Scorpio, Taurus.' She thanked them and the spirits left, aside from Capricorn.

'Mou... How insensitive.' She pouted as she flopped down and continues her training.

Capricorn just chuckled in response.

-Magnolia-

'Just how much more time do you need?' Natsu thought silently.

Coming back from a mission, Natsu decided to sit underneath a Sakura tree where Lucy told him that she's leaving.

'How peaceful.' he thought and watched the clouds since he just finished eating lunch.

He felt a sudden urge to doze off.

And so, he napped.

Few moments later...

He sat up stretching and looked up at the dark gloomy sky.

'Where am I? It's dark already?' he thought to himself.

He suddenly noticed a girl sitting beside him.

She smiled brilliantly, beside him.

"Lucy?" Natsu asked in disbelief.

"Hey Natsu! It's been awhile!" Lucy smiled.

"Lucy, where have you been? How did the training go?' Natsu questioned, feeling overjoyed.

"Baka! Of course! It was great! How've you been?" she asked, sounding excited.

"I was... just... fine..." Natsu responded, blushing.

"Hmm... you don't look like it!' Lucy teased.

"Look, I really just wanted to tell you that I'm glad you came back and I li-" Natsu paused.

He felt something weird.

Lucy just looked at him, waiting.

'Nat-su?' Lucy calls him but somehow, with a different voice.

'Huh?' he thought

"Natsu! Natsu!" Lucy was shaking him, but with a different yet familiar voice.

Natsu woke up with a blue neko on top of him.

"Happy?" Natsu mumbled.

He sat up then noticed that it's still afternoon.

'It was a dream? But, it felt so real!' Natsu thought.

Natsu scowled as he tries to remember a part of the dream where he was about to say something.

'What was I about to say?' he questioned himself.

"I knew it was too good to be true..." Natsu groaned.

"Natsu? Are you okay? You seem upset...' Happy says worriedly.

He sighed. "Nah, I was just remembering Lucy..."

'You l-l-l-l-like her!' Happy teased, rolling his tongue.

"No I don't!" Natsu growled, defensively.

'Who were you kidding?' a voice, on the back of his mind, said.
