I become conscious

My eyes open in a jerk. But body did not even try to. It feels like the muscles of my neck attached my body is detached. My neck felt so much heavy to me. And about the body, every inch, every muscle is screaming. My body become heavy. But one thing i noticed.... is wetness on my body. Last what i remeber is i have fainted at the yard of the palace in rain. But this does not seems like water.

I look around the chamber. Dhraa and and Kusum is sleeping in wird positions. Dhraa is sleeping near my bed supporting her neck on the edge of the bed with her arm. But sitting on the ground.

I knitted my eyebrows.

On the other hand Kusum is holding my hand and sitting beside Dhra.

I try to move but backbone is not giving me enough support. Finally i grab the bedsheet harder and get up in a jerk.

With my action they both also get up.

"Ragini...oh god finally you become concious. Why did you get up ? You need rest"

Kusum said and get up from the floor very quickly and set pillows behind me while talking. She grab my shoulders and help me to to lay down.

My breathes got heavier. I take the support the bed to lay.

Rana sa.....

I murmured.

Dhra came through the other side of the bed.

"Why are you so stubborn Ragini."

She asked me with broken voice. She is really so sweet. Her fickleness, her peace, they way she maintain her mirror personality makes me remember of my childhood. We all were like this in our childhood but she is still pure as holy water.

I lift my arm and grab her face.

"Don't worry Dhraa, i will be fine in some time"

"Bahut himmat hai Ragini aap mai, hum to ye sab kabhi nahi kar payen"

"You have a lot of courage, Ragini, we could never do all this."

I smiled and hold her hand. After some time order them to take some rest. They were here whole day.

Time had slipped away, leaving my ears yearning for the tidings of their triumph. Alone on my bed, I sat transfixed, my gaze drifting out the window. My heart was a whirlwind of anxiety, but i could not so anything.

A mild ache was palpable in my heart. My open hair was once again testifying to my longing for you. I kept gazing at the mangalsutra (wedding necklace).

Suddenly i hear a loud thud on the door. I become

As soon as I heard the sound, I became alert, straightened my back, and sat up. As the door opened, I saw Lajjo.

"Rani sa, Rana sa has emerged victorious."

A serene, gentle smile spread across my face. While my heart felt immense joy with this victory, it also began to feel anxious about his next battle.
