MINHO WOKE UP WITH AN ADDED WEIGHT to his left. He groaned softly before attempting to just yank his hand off whatever it was holding him down until he saw the familiar mess of inhumanely white hair.
The girl looked so peaceful, he felt bad for waking her, —so he didn't. Not only he didn't want to wake her because she looked peaceful, but the back of his mind is also yelling at him to not do it or she'll kill him quite literally. Not everyone showed it but he knew every single Glader has a particular fear of this woman in the back of their minds. She was scary when she wanted to be, and that is never good.
Feeling her stir in her sleep, the boy closed his eyes as if he hadn't been staring at her for the last minute. He felt her lift her face off of his arm.
Blinking herself awake, she saw the boy who seemed to be enjoying his slumber (at least she thought he was). Unlike Minho, she doesn't give two klunks about how peaceful he looks—well, he didn't. So that wasn't a problem. Standing up from her chair she had been sleeping on, she took a deep breath, letting herself take in the morning breeze. She looks back down to the boy who still seemed as if he were asleep, she smiled before letting her hand make contact with his right cheek harshly —not so harsh that it hurts him, but hard enough to cause a reaction.
"Aye, Minho, rise and shine. Sit your shuck butt up." her morning voice was a bit hoarse but still sounded as annoying and irritating as any other time of the day.
"Ugh," he groaned before letting himself open his eyes again and sitting up on his bed. "What time is it?"
"You're the one with the watch," she gestured to the technology wrapped around his right wrist.
"Oh, right." He checked his watch to see it was almost lunch. In the three years he had been in here, he has never woken up this late. He was always the first one awake out of everyone, even Nick. He didn't know whether to feel proud or—hell, he doesn't even know what to feel. "So, what are you doing today?"
"Babysitting you, probably." She shrugged.
"Oh. You sure you got nothing else to do?"
"Shank, I got everything else to do other than sit around on my ass all day babysitting you."
"Oh. Go ahead then, I think I'll be fine for today."
"You sure?"
"Yeah."
"Alright, I'm probably gonna go with the Med-jacks today. So, I'll be around still."
"Good that."
"Alright, c'mon, lets go get breakfast." she said, lifting the arm he offered to go over her shoulder.

DION COMPLETELY FORGOT how genuinely dumb half the Gladers are.
Her day has been filled with multiple eye rolls and sighs of defeat so far. About three to five Slicers went in to get their hand wrapped up for being too shuck dumb and messing around instead of focusing on the sharp object on their hands. A couple of Builders came in with multiple hammer mishaps (though not as intense as the one she had caused), she was just lucky she didn't have to deal with a saw mishap. That'll give her nightmares till the day she dies.
She was currently rubbing alcohol on a Slicer's palm. The way they got a cut that big there, she'll never know. Or maybe she will after she asks him.
"How the shuck did you even get this?"
"Has it ever occur to you that I'm just not that bright?"
"Fair point." she nodded.
She then continue to tie up the bandage on his hand; not too loose, not too tight. As she was just finishing up, she heard a commotion from outside, she was about to head out to see who it was when the door burst open, entering a blood-covered Adam and Nick trailing behind looking stressed with what she thought was Adam's blood on his hands.
