Bus.

I hopped on the bus. There was only about 5 kids on. I sat in the seat with the bump where the tire was and closed my eyes, trying to fall asleep.

I couldn't.

My mind was racing. I've moved a lot in my life, and I hate it every time. I get close to someone, and then BAM. We move.

The ride was pretty quiet. Everyone was quiet. Once it started getting brighter out, more people started talking.

I heard a guys voice, with a pretty thick southern accent. I looked over to see an extremely attractive blonde boy with gorgeous green-blue eyes. His hair was cut short.

He was talking to a girl with long, dirty blonde hair and grey eyes. She wasn't overly pretty, but she wasn't ugly either. And she was thin too.

She looked at me.

"What grade are you in?" She asked me.

"8th." I said.

"Me too! So you're new?"

"Yeah. I moved here from Vernon." I said.

"My name is Sara, what about you?" she said.

"Lily."

She turned around and started talking to the guy again.

"My name is Chandler." He said.

She was obviously flirting with him. The way she looked, talked, moved. I could totally tell. I'm not sure if Chandler could, guys are oblivious to that stuff usually.

But then he asked her out. And I was jealous.

"Are you dating anyone?" He asked her.

"Nope, why?"

"Do you wanna go out with me?"

She paused a few seconds, as if weighing the question.

"Sure." She said casually.

And he moved to sit with her.

I couldn't watch anymore. I felt weird. When she said yes, my stomach dropped and I felt like puking. I'm pretty sure my eyes buldged out of my head like they were gonna pop. What was wrong with me? I hadn't even talked to the guy and I felt like crying.

I leaned my head on the cold glass window and shut my eyes again, blocking out all sounds. I felt the bus stopping and I realized we were at the school.

Great.

"We have to go to the gym." I vaguely heard Sara say. I mumbled something back, i'm not really sure what. I got up from my seat and off the bus and towards the gym. Well atleast, I followed Sara, since she was going there.

"Here goes nothing." I said.

And I stepped inside.
