"What are we suppose to pack for the mission?" I ask Mykey.
She looks up from her book. "You want to pack a small backpack with some clothes, food and the mission information."
She looks back at her book, rocking on the rocking chair.
"I've never seen you pick up a book before. What are you reading?"
She closes her book quickly, a blush forming on her cheeks.
"I, um... oh... it's nothing, just some reading for class," she states.
"Oh my gosh, when am I supposed to start?" I ask.
She stands up from the rocking chair. "Well you can start next week since you are starting a mission today."
I take my phone from my back pocket, checking the time.
8:13 AM
I yawn.
"Are you still sleepy?" she asks.
I nod. "Yeah I didn't get much sleep last night. I had this weird nightmare that's bugging me right now."
She looks at me with a curious look, "What was it about?"
"It was about... Keith?" I say questioning my answer.
"Well how is it a question?"
"Well because I don't know why I would dream about him. And I don't know why I would dream that he's in pain. Like my inner wolf feels his pain. Why would that happen?"
"Well it could be since you guys haven't... you know... mated yet."
"Yeah, but that would take a toll 30 days later not just a week."
"I've never seen a case like this, but I wouldn't think too much about it."

"Well how far is it?" George whines. He's been going on like this every five minutes.
"Oh shut up, G. We're like 15 minutes away," Kevin says.
We've been walking for a total of 2 hours, heading to the Creevenmore pack. We are making good time. It's only 10 past 11.
I look at the map.
Kevin's right, we only have about 15 minutes 'til we get there.
"I hope we have a little time to rest when we get there," Jennifer says.
"I hope there will be chicks I can bang there," George says with a smirk.
Jennifer scoffs.
"Ew," I start. "For one, we are only going to be there for 30 minutes. Two, is that all you think about?"
"Hey my game is real strong and no I don't think about it all the time, but since some people are a tease," he looks over at Jennifer.
She scoffs again.
"Look, babe, I'm stating the facts. You put up this whole facade of playing hard to get, but I know deep down," he softly pokes her in her side, "You know you want me.'
She slaps his finger away. "Piss off."
I shake my head.
Lovebirds.
She looks back at me.
"Can you believe him?"
I smirk.
"So, you and him?"
I wiggle my eyebrows.
She sticks her tongue out, wrinkling her nose.
We both laugh.
Kevin and George look back at us with confused faces.
"What's so funny?" they both ask in unison.
I shake my head and Jennifer casually waves them off.
George looks back ahead and Kevin keeps his eyes on me.
We lock eyes. His eyes are captivating.
I quickly look away.
"Sooo, you and him?"
I turn around and see Jennifer wiggling her eyebrows at me.
"Oh my gosh shush," I squeal playfully pushing her away.
"Can you guys keep the convo in your mind?" George states.
Kevin turns back around and smirks.
I smile biting my bottom lip.

"Welcome, I'm Terrance, Alpha of the Creevenmore pack." he says extending his hand. I take it.
"Hi, I'm Michelle, Alpha of the Spirit Moon pack."
"Yep, I know. Everybody knows who you are."
"Well that's a... good thing."
"So let's get this thing started. Have a seat."
