This is the last and final chapter. OMG, sigh, only 22 chapters. Well here it is.
Michelle's POV
"ARRRRGGHH!!!"
"PUSH! Michelle PUSH!" Jennifer screams at me.
"We're almost there," says Mykey says.
I scream in pain as I push again.
"I can't!" I scream out in agony.
"C'mon, just one more push," says the midwife. "You are doing great, Alpha."
I do one more push.
And everyone goes silent.
I slowly open my eyes.
The midwife hands me, through my legs, my child.
"It's a girl," she says.
I take my baby and look at her.
Her eyes are closed and she wasn't crying.
"SHE'S NOT CRYING! WHY ISN'T SHE CRYING?" I ask.
They just look at me with sympathy in their eyes.
She's the one that was on my right side, the side where I was stabbed.
I try to listen to her heart beat.
There is none.
I start tearing up.
"Okay Michelle, we have to deliver your second child," the midwife says.
My attention shifts toward her.
I keep my hold on my daughter and push with all my might.

"WAHH! WAHHH!" The beautiful cries that reach my ears send me a wave of relief. If only I can hear that from my little girl.
I am still holding my stillborn child.
The nurse hands me the baby and I reach for him with my other arm. I look down at him and he smiles up at me. He's so beautiful.
The door opens and I see that it's Kevin. "Hey, are the babies alright?" he asks, walking over to me.
He looks over the babies and his eyes land on my little boy.
The look on Kevin's face says it all.
My son looks exactly like Keith.

"So what are you saying?" I ask him.
"I'm saying that, I can't do this anymore? I just ne-"
"Woah, wait no!" I raise up my hand in dismissal. "I just gave birth and am very emotional right now and you have AUDACITY to leave me!"
He looks at me in the eyes and says, "He isn't mine."
"So what? You could raise him as your own child."
"It's not that easy, Michelle."
"I thought you loved me Kevin..." I whisper, "even if my babies weren't yours."
"Even if I happen to raise him, how can I go through the day seeing a replica of Keith growing up around us. It's a reminder that he came before I did (pun intended). How can I not cringe at the fact that that child is soon going to call me 'Dad' while his real father is lollygagging somewhere we wouldn't know?"
"But Kev-"
"We're done Michelle."

"What are you doing here?" I asked looking to the door as my ex-best friend steps through it.
