Jessica had kept everything ready, she had prepared good food for Mrs. Jones. She waited for her to arrive. Mrs. Jones came pretty late that night but then her arrival added a lot of happiness to Jessica, atleast for those two days Jessica had planned to not think about all that was bothering her.

Rita, "Hey Jessica, what happened dear? you sounded a little worried over the phone?"

Jessica, "ah nothing lets not talk about all that, I am so glad and thankful to you for accepting my invitation."

Rita, "darling please you don't have to thank me, I told you, I am always there for you."

Jessica, "I have prepared something very special for you Rita, come freshen up and then we will have dinner."

Rita, "oh yeah I get the aroma, I'll be on the dinner table in a moment."

Rita's arrival for sure had lifted Jessica's sprite up and she had for once stopped thinking about that stranger and all that he had told her, that night they had a good chat about their lives and aspirations, Jessica opened up to Rita about her dream of becoming a novelist and how she observed life around to be inspired to write. She even shared some of her writtings with Rita.

Rita, "you have really written very well dear, you should share this with the publishing company in the town."

Jessica, "yes I plan to do that Rita, my dad has told me that he would take me to the town very soon and introduce me to one of his publisher friend."

Rita, "I am sure one day you will be a great writter and get married to a handsome man."

Jessica, "to be honest Rita, I don't plan to fall in love or be married. All I ever want in life is freedom."
Rita, "a young and pretty girl like you not wanting to marry or fall in love. That is really a very strange thought."

Jessica, "yeah I guess that makes me a little diffrent compared to other girls my age but Rita my heart desires freedom, I want to travel the world and see things that no one else has seen. I don't want any ties and bondages and I have so blessed in having my dad, who loves me and lets me do everything that I want to do."

Rita, "I am really happy to know that dear and wish and pray to God for all your dreams to come true. You are like a daughter I have always wanted to have."

Jessica hugged her and told her how much happiness she had added to her life. Then she showed her the way to the guest room and left to go to bed.
