PHANTOM

Chapter 4

The room wasn't as I expected. It had a queen bed with a desk on its side. On the far side was a closet. My things were already arranged. He opened a door on the other side to reveal the bathroom.

Wow. This room was cool. It was even better than going to a normal school dorm.

"How do you like it?"

"It's awesome. Just great." I flopped down on the bed. The mattress was just right. I feel sleepy all of a sudden. I yawn at the thought.

"I bet you're jet lag. Rest a while, I'll wake you up." I sighed and mumbled a thank you. He walked out closing the door behind him.

I remove my jacket and jeans so I remain with a t-shirt and boxers. I pull back the duve and sheets and slide in bed. I guess I was pretty tired cause I drifted to sleep immediately after placing my head on the pillow.

I woke up to Lloyd shaking me. I looked around still disoriented.

"Wake up or we'll miss dinner." I rub my eyes and get out of bed. I put on my jeans and followed him out. I noticed it wasn't that cold but remembered to put on a sweater.

We went down the stairs to the dining room. He led me to the left side of the table and sat down. Two guys were already there.

"Hey Lloyd."

"hey guys, this is Luc," I smiled and waved to the guys in greeting.

"Luc, this is Adam and Calum.''

Adam had the classic features of a nerd. Slim, but not scrawny. He wore glasses but you could still make out his large brown eyes.

Calum like Lloyd was lean. He had blonde hair and blue eyes.

Others came in a couple of minutes later. They were all of vrying ages from at least sixteen to twenty-five years.

The table was filled with all types of food and drinks. everyone dug in as soon as they sat down . and let me just say. it was delicious. Reese said that there are at least twenty more rooms like this. I wonder how they manage all that without the food turning out like the one I ate in high school. After all that food I was ready to go to bed.
