Edward had the car engine on and started to drive fastly through the forest but still being careful to not crash into any nearby trees or get stuck by any of the small holes through the woods.
The vampire had a hardened expression on his face at what he had read through James's mind about Bella and (Y/n) but mostly about the witch cause of her intoxicating scent of her blood.
"Listen to me. James is a tracker. The hunt is his obsession, I read his mind. My reaction on the field set him off, I just made his most exciting game ever. He's never gonna stop." He explained to the two girls who were listening to him as (Y/n) was sitting in the passenger seat of the jeep and Bella was in the backseat.
The mortal female was horrified by what she was hearing but (Y/n) face darkened and she had her guard up and was concerned for Bella, she could handle James but she knew that she needed to watch over Bella and make sure she is safe.
"What should we do?" Bella asked them as (Y/n) spoke with a serious expression on her face "We have to kill him. Rip him apart and burn the pieces."
The vampire nodded, agreeing with the witch as they had to kill him or else James would never be able to stop at all cause they knew that (Y/n)'s smell had the blonde vampire do everything in his power to get a drink of her blood.
"Where are we going?" The mortal female asked them "away from forks. We'll get a ferry to Vancouver." Edward answered where they would be heading.
"I have to go home, now. You have to take me home."
"You can't go home, the both of you can't. He's gonna trace your scent there. It's the first place he's gonna look." The male vampire argued, focusing his eyes on the road.
"But my dad is there, we-"
"It doesn't matter!" Edward yelled, getting annoyed by Bella's stubbornness causing (Y/n) to look over at the vampire "Edward!" She strictly called out to him having him frown and give her a quick glance.
"We need to check on Charlie, James could kill her father and it will be our fault that he gets killed by him. We need to make sure that he doesn't harm him and is safe." She explained to the Cullen member that they had to check on Charlie.
Bella was grateful for (Y/n) giving a reason why they needed to check on her father first.
"Just let me get you guys out of here first, all right." The vampire tried to get them to change their minds but Bella stood firm on her decision "It's my dad! We have to go back! We'll figure a way to lead the tracker away somehow. I don't know, but we have to do something."
The (h/c) haired woman could feel in the distance that James is heading his way to go after one of them as she thought for a moment before she realized and spoke "Edward drop me off home first."
Edward's eyes widened "What? No! You need to stay with me, he might go after you first."
"I know but I have an idea and I need to get to my home to do that, I'll call Emmett or Jasper to come over to my house to keep me safe while you protect Bella." (Y/n) place her hand on the man's upper arm "please Edward."
The vampire groans out in annoyance and sighs as he has finally reached out of the forest and is driving on the road "Fine, just meet us at my house okay?" He said with a hint of pleade and worry.
(Y/n) nodded with a grateful smile but Bella then had her hand on the witch's shoulder with a concerned look on her face, "(Y/n), are you sure about this?"
"I'm sure, I'll be okay. Your safety is my top priority now." She gave her a soft smile, her hand on top of Bella's hand which had her flustered but she still felt a bit stressed about leaving (Y/n) just for a moment but she nodded either way.
