After a little while of driving we came across to an old abandoned building. It was pretty large and looked like a great place to lay low for a little while. It was now around 2 am and I was starting to drift off, luckily we had just pulled up so I was able to get out of the truck and wake up a little more. I didn't want to accidentally fall asleep on the guy who was sitting next to me's shoulder.
"Home sweet home, eh Harley?" The joker was much more awake and enthusiastic than I was. I just wanted to find a place to get some sleep.
We then entered the building, I looked around but there wasn't much to see except for a few blueprints, a couple random tools covered in a red rust that I assumed was blood and a few guns.
"I'm pretty exhausted from being cooped up in a mental asylum, how about you boys?" Joker turned around to look at us.
"Yeah." Replied one of the men wearing a clown mask.
"Your allowed to take that thing off, no one is going to arrest you!" The joker ripped off the man's mask. "And your all lying because your just tired from being tired. As for Harley and I, we are the ones who will be getting some sleep because we were both in the asylum together." The joker winked at me and I blushed. He seemed pretty proud and boastful about me.

The joker briefly showed me around, leaving his men downstairs to go over the plans but I was pretty sure they were all asleep at this point. Joker then led me to a room with ugly wallpaper and a single queen sized bed and another door within the room leading to a bathroom.
"This is my room." He said this proudly, gazing into the room with a slight smile.
"So where's mine?" I asked. He turned to face me and gave an expression that basically said "um...where the hell do you think it is?"
"Aren't there like a million other rooms?" I was getting uncomfortable with the situation.
"Yes, but I have a million other 'henchmen'." He made little air bunnies when he said henchmen. "Not to mention that I need a lot of room for my little trinkets and cameras and plans and things like that." He then entered the room, I didn't follow.
"Can I sleep in the hallway?" I did not feel comfortable sharing a room with the joker even though I was growing a little fond of him.
"You could, however I happen to own a couple of wild Rottweilers and I haven't fed them in a while because I haven't been home for quite some time since I've been cooped up in that asylum."
"Then can I sleep on the floor?"
"The carpet isn't as comfortable as one might think but if you really want to..." I nodded and walked to the side of the bed and laid down on the floor. The joker was right, it wasn't comfortable at all! My only option was to get into the same bed as him but I decided to first wash off my makeup and reapply it tomorrow. Then I would get in the bed as soon as joker was asleep so he wouldn't notice. This was going to take a while.
