Felicity had surprised herself with that confession. She hadn't spoken about that day since- ever. She's even more surprised at the fact that she had remembered everything.

Felicity clutched her pillow hard as she squinted her eyes trying to block out the sounds of the sirens that were pounding loudly in her head. She could still here the shrill voice of her mother as they dragged her into the car.

Micah had been her favorite then. Micah was the perfect child- until that day.

She could remember the sheer horror on her mother's face once the realization of what she had done sunk in.

Felicity's brain began to pound harder. She so wished that the pictures flashing through her head would disappear, go away, but they won't.

Suddenly everything seemed to clash into one another. Her brain became a jumbled up mess of chaos. And she didn't know how to handle it.

A strangled cry erupted from her throat, breaking the silence of her room.

Her door went down a few seconds later. She didn't open her eyes though. The pictures didn't go away, but she desperately wanted them to. So desperately, yet at the same time, she didn't. It's been awhile since she's talked about Micah.

Everyone around her- that didn't include her family- has seemed to have forgotten about him. And she was ashamed to say that she did, too. Felicity could only blame herself. The haunting fact that her mother's mental stableness is what caused her life to be hell was bad enough. Add the fact that she had killed her brother and that said brother had been sneaking out- it would've been hell's own hell.

Someone was shaking her; she could feel it.

Her body stiffened at the feeling as she clutched the pillow tighter.

Distinctly, she could hear someone call her name. The sound was muted but she could hear it as if it was at a distance. A light passed through her eyelids, interrupting the scene in her mind. It was a haze but she tried to cling onto her brother's joyful face. She reached out mentally, trying to get closer to Micah.

She was there, almost there. But she couldn't fight passed the things pulling her back into reality. Soon enough, her eyes popped open.

The sudden light nearly blinded her. Her tears blurred her vision but she could make out Trina's voice in the chaos of her pounding head.

"Felicity! Stop it!" Trina's voice trembled as did her hands as they panically gripped her shoulders.

Felicity wiped her tears harshly as she sat up, pushing Trina's hands off her arms. She shot a glare at her and was about to scream at her to shove off but Trina's expression stopped her.

Trina, the always joyful and stubborn thirteen year old, was sobbing. Her eyes were bloodshot as tears streamed down her face. She was trembling in fear and worry as she moved forward to grasp Felicity again.

Felicity thought that she was going to grip her arms again when Trina jumped on her, encircling her neck tightly and pulling her into an embrace. Felicity stiffened in surprise at the contact but quickly relaxed. She returned the embrace, squeezing her eyes shut as she tightened her arms around her dear cousin.

"Don't do that! Ever!" Trina buried her head into Felicity's shoulder. The tears began to soak through Felicity's t-shirt. "How could you do that? Why would you do that?"

"I'm sorry, so, so sorry," Felicity murmurred into Trina's hair. Her hand rubbed circles behind Trina's back. Her arms tightened more around Trina when she realized that it wasn't her body that was trembling, but Trina's.

She placed a kiss on Trina's temple, reassuring her a bit more.

As Felicity's mind began to fully come back into reality, she noticed that everyone was in the room looking at her worriedly. She saw Melody by her bedside table holding her sleeping pills along with her allergy pills. The two weren't supposed to be together but she was a bit forgetful in where she placed them so she had put them there.

As her eyes drifted towards her sister's face, she added up what Melody was thinking.

Still hugging and comforting Trina, she explained, "It's not that." Melody looked at her with a pained expression. "It's not, I promise."

Melody squeezed her eyes shut, and then left the room, a look of disappointment on her face. Felicity didn't know whether it was to her or to something else. She was praying that it wasn't the former.

Her eyes then went towards her Uncle's and Alder. There was obvious worry on their faces. But Felipe's was one of bewilderment and surprise. He never would have thought she do that. Alder just had this strained look on his face.

Trina and Alder may fight a lot but they cared dearly for one another. They both treated Felicity as if they were all siblings. Alder was hurt. She could tell. He was hurt because she wouldn't tell him anything. He was hurt because he couldn't do anything. And she knew that he was more hurt because he tried to be the best brother that he could. He tried to be there for her like Micah would've been.

Alder shut his eyes and bowed his head in fatigue. Slowly and quietly, he walked up to the two, planting light kisses on both of their heads. "I'm sorry," she whispered in hopes of trying to do something.

"It's okay. I'll talk to you later."

She nodded as he left the room, her uncle following after. Everyone else left. They weren't as close to her as those four were. Trina had calmed down in her arms.

Trina pulled away, wiping her face from tears with her shirt sleeve. "Don't ever do that again."

Felicity nodded and then pulled Trina back into her arms.

In the last few days, Trina had been avoiding Felicity. She hadn't known why. She didn't think it would concern her but it did. And she's sorry for even thinking like that.

Felicity sighed as she thought of the events and how it just messed up everybody around her. "I won't ever do anything like that again."

Trina shook her head. "No," she shouted. "Promise me!"

Felicity heard the crack in Trina's voice and nodded. "I promise I won't do anything like that ever again. I promise that to you."

And she was going to keep that promise.

A/N: Sorry for the late upload. I just didn't know how to continue on that sad note but it needed to happen. Felicity isn't perfect. And neither is her family.

Honestly though, I'm really really sorry for the lateness by months! But I'll try to make the next update soon. I gotta go study for the CST's now. Urgh I hate biology.

Oh and a small favor, I know I shouldn't be asking for one since I've not been uploading but please? Can you check out My Guilt Gift Boyfriend? Please?

Thanks for the support!
