*Narrator Pov*
Shigaraki landed in the middle of a fake city. The reason for it? Well, there was a giant sign that said for him to land there to start the battle he was waiting for. He looked around the empty streets with an expectant look, unknown to him, he was in someone's scope as they had his head right in the line of sight.
The scope zoomed out, showing a woman with a rifle like a hero. She had a green syringe deep in her arm, making the rifle grow bigger as she tried to ignore the pain, once a hero, then an assassin, now a person seeking redemption. Once she heard the boy who had helped her needed help, she wasted little time putting her life on the line for him. She fired the rifle.
Due to the trigger pumping through her body, and her gun being in its most powerful form. The bullet reached Shigaraki in barely a second, almost tearing him in half as it pierced straight through his gut. However, it did cause almost every window in the whole area to shatter from the sonic boom. Shigaraki, though, healed in less than a second as he glared at where the shot came from.
Shigaraki: So that boy decided to play dirty, huh? Well, now i'm pissed off.
Nagant screamed in pain as the backlash of using such a powerful variant of her quirk hurt her. Shigaraki extended his palm towards the building, causing a gold glow to form around his arm. A trail of black flames came from an alley, slapping Shigaraki's palm to the sky as he released a beam of yellow energy into the sky. The black flames went for his neck, but Shigaraki formed thousands of spikes of blood off himself, causing the flames to back off.
Shigaraki growled as the spikes retreated into him. Hisashi took a steady breath as he brought his black blade close to his body. A metallic prosthetic shone in the sun as it hissed as parts shifted back together. It seemed to be made of the same material as Izuku's mech.
Shigaraki: Where is that coward?
Hisashi: Don't worry about that, you're facing me now.
Shigaraki's eyes glowed a soft blue for a second before turning back to red; however, his frown had disappeared and returned to a carefree smile.
Shigaraki: Ah, so that's what happened. I was worried he was ditching this fight on purpose, but nope, just some plebs trying to play hero. Getting in the way of destiny and all that. I am glad, though, because if it turned out he did turn tail, I would have mercilessly slaughtered every human in Japan.
Hisashi began to sweat a little, along with all the heroes who were hiding in the city.
Shigaraki: Now that I know the truth, though. I guess you all will do as a warmup as we wait for him. Let's begin.

AI: Sir, Shigaraki has made contact with the heroes of UA.
Izuku: Damnit. Casualties?
AI: None yet, sir. From the feeds, it seems Shigaraki was about to, but once he found out what happened to you. He has decided to play with them before killing any.
Izuku: Good. It gives me more time, at least. Damnit, please hold out everyone.
Izuku gave an extra hard flick, causing a sonic boom to shake the sky as he traveled even faster. His fork was traveling under the night sky.

Shigaraki howled with laughter as dozens of heroes leapt out of the building, ready to fight him. He knew they didn't stand any chance under the heavens against him. But he loved the futile effort anyway; it would truly be a great warmup, which is why he decided not to use any quirks.
