"Well, are you going to tell me what happened between you and Peter?" Lena asked for the billionth time.

"Well, are you going to stop asking me?" She made a face when I mocked her, using the same tone.

"Are you finished packing?" I questioned, continuing to throw clothes into my suitcase, Lena just sitting on the bed, watching.

"Yes. I already sent my luggage to the carrier. What have you been doing all this time?" Looking at her, I raised my eyebrows.

"I've been in an interrogation with you! That's what I've been doing this whole time!" I threw my hands up in exasperation , making her smirk.

She closed my suitcase before leaning on it, preventing me from putting anything else in it.

"I'm not moving until you tell me what happened." The look on her face showed that she wasn't joking around... but she was going to get off of my suitcase.

"I'll tell you on the way to the carrier. They're probably waiting for us." After giving me a skeptical look, she finally sat up and we made our way through the halls.

"So...where's my story?" Don't know why I thought that she would forget in a matter of only 3 minutes. A girl can only hope, right?

"Um...we kissed." I looked at her, and she looked at me, expecting some more details.

"What?"

"What? What?" She asked, incredulously, her eyebrows raising, "did you..."

I looked at her like she had 3 heads, ,deciding to mess with her.

"What do you mean?" Shaking her head, she narrowed her eyes and breathed in frustration, probably getting mad with my antics.

"Oh my gosh, Lena. We just kissed! It was just a kiss." I could've worded that better, and I could've chosen a better time to practically scream that.

"Oh, it was just a kiss?" We both turned around to see Peter standing in the doorway to his room, holding his luggage.

"No. It was more than that. I mean...we did kiss, but..." He interrupted me.

"No. It's okay. I understand. I'll see you on the carrier." He offered a very unconvincing smile before turning and walking away.

"Oh, crap. I'm sorry, Audry. I didn't mean to." Lena continued to apologize, despite me telling her that it was fine.

We were going to work this out. Wait...was there anything to even work out?

Did he really understand what I had meant? Does he know that I was just frustrated with Lena and her constantly asking what had happened after the date? Does he know that the kiss and everything that happened after it meant a lot to me, possibly everything?

I really hope he did.

I really didn't want to have a falling out, right after I just received my memory back.

Well, judging by the expression on his face, we had a lot of talking to do.

*************

Lena continued to apologize as we made our way to the carrier, until I finally told her, quite politely, to shut the hell up.

Politely.

After that, she apologized once more before smiling and taking off, probably to settle in.

Taking her lead, I started making my way through the halls, around multiple corners and bends. I bumped into Jack and Steve who were in the midst of debating over which sport team was the best. I frankly didn't care.
