Spencers pov
Tonight my mom is coming over for dinner. This is going to be really awkward so I'm thinking of inviting Melissa and Carter too.
*text*
Spencer- mom is coming over for dinner because she wants to see me. I think it would help a lot if you and Carter came. Would you guys please come over for dinner?
Melissa- of course, see you then
"I invited Melissa and Carter" I say to Toby
"Why?" He asks
"So it's less awkward when I see my mother for the first time in 6 months or so" I say
"Ok, sound good" he says
"So what should we make for dinner?" I ask
"That's up to you" he says
"Ok fine, I'll go to the grocery store and buy some things" I say
I get home from the grocery story and Toby puts away the groceries then we start making dinner
My mom walks in and when she sees me, she starts crying
"I've missed you so much" She says Then gives me a hug
"I've missed you too" I say
Melissa and Carter walk in then we all sit down and start eating
"So how'd you guys come up with the names?" My mom asks
"Remember when I went to camp in like 3rd grade and I couldn't stop talking about how awesome my camp counselor was. Well her name was Zoe, and I've always liked that name since then" I say
"What about Griffin?" Melissa asks
"My cousin, Griffin was in the army and died in 2005. He saved 7 people and was always an inspiration to me" Toby says
"You've never told me that before, that's so sweet" I say
"Well I need to say something" Melissa says
"What is it Melissa?" My mom asks
"I'm pregnant!" She says
Then my stomach starts hurting and I scream
"Spencer what is it?" Toby asks
"I don't know, it hurts" I say
"Spencer, I think you're going into labor" my mom says
