Task Force HQ - The Next Morning

The team was energized. That meeting with the Balkan "leader" lit a fire.

Sheriff Daniels (to the group):
"We tracked the meeting location's security cams. There was a secondary vehicle - blacked-out license plates. Matches style used by arms smugglers in the South Balkan network."

Agent Mendez:
"Boston warehouse on 43rd was flagged last night. Same car showed up on thermal surveillance. We're greenlit for an immediate raid. Legal and tactical units both go."

All eyes turned to Isabella.

Sheriff:
"Hughes, you're with us. We need legal authority on-site if things go sideways. You good?"

Isabella (coolly):
"Always."

She didn't flinch, but inside, her thoughts were racing.
That warehouse... it's mine.

In the Van - En Route to the Raid

The task force moved in tactical gear. Isabella sat in the back seat, dressed in all-black civilian wear. Professional. Detached.

Isabella (without turning):
"They don't retaliate. They erase."

Behind their backs, it began uploading a script to wipe the entire system.

Mendez (whispering):
"What's she doing?"

Sheriff:
"Sanitizing evidence we can't use in court. Standard legal sweep."

The irony nearly made Isabella laugh.

She clicked one last time.
Files gone. Routes protected. Names buried.

But just as she stood, another laptop across the room lit up-automatically.

A message appeared.

> "HELLO ANGELA"

Isabella's face hardened.

Sheriff (confused):
"Who's Angela?"

Isabella (lying smoothly):
"Alias of a dead smuggler. Used to be part of the Balkan line."

Mendez:
"Someone's still tracking this place. That message was live."

Isabella (calmly):
"Then let them track. We already cleaned it."

Back in the Van - Driving Away

Isabella stared out the window, the message repeating in her head.

> "HELLO ANGELA."

Only one person in her network would ever call her that.

Isabella (to herself):
"Leon
