That name to most means royalty. But to her it meant nothing. Lynni hated the way she was. Being a Kook was torture. Fancy parties, big houses. Not her forte. So, how does a Kook change the way her life is? She befriends a pogue...

! OUTER BANKS ! (season 1, episode 3&4) part three
LYNNIANNA STOOD ON A DOCK WITH POPE and JJ, her elbows resting on the railing as she stared out into the distance. Pope and JJ were watching John B on a camera from an underwater drone they had stolen the day before. As Lynni watched a few seagulls fly in the distance, she tried not to snicker at JJ, who was slowly irritating Pope.
"What's this right here?" The blonde boy asked the other, who in return, slapped his hand away from the device.
"Don't touch that. I'm trying to figure out how to drive this thing." Pope snapped. His focus was back on the smaller screen that displayed John B and Kiara swimming in the water. As he moves the joy-sticks, the drone started to maneuver underwater.
"God bless geeks, Pope. Truly, man." JJ said as he stared at the screen as well while resting his hands on his knees. "What would we do without you to control the drones?" JJ asked, sarcasm lightly laced in his tone as the Maybank boy walked over to Lynnianna, standing next to her on the dock.
"Technically, it's not a drone. It's a ROV." Pope informed matter-of-factly.
JJ then turned around and dismissed the other boy, not wanting to deal with his technological remarks this early in the morning. "Shut up. Shut up." Lynni turned to JJ with an amused look on her face. "It's too early for that right now."
"Anything smart is too early for you, J." Lynni cracked a smile. JJ rolled his eyes before playfully nudging the girl with his shoulder.
"Once we get footage of the wreck, we'll bring it to a lawyer in town and file a formal claim." John B informed the others of his master plan.
JJ let out an audible scoff. "Dude, it's such bullshit. Why do we have to do that?"
It was Lynni's turn to let out a scoff, but she was mocking JJ. "Well, there is a maritime salvage law, J. You can't just go to the ocean floor and scoop up a bunch of stuff without having some sort of legal action for it." Pope snapped his fingers at the girl in agreement because she was one-hundred percent correct.
"I know, I know. It's just...lawyers aren't cheap, Lynn."
"Well, as soon as they see the footage, they'll work for a comp." John B said as he bobbed in the water a few meters in front of the trio on the dock.
