We were all packing. I dont want to go. I barely made the school football team,but I need to suck it up and deal with it.

Maybe I could try out for the football team over at Beloit.

"Are you okay hun?"

"Yes, Nana I am"I said to my grandmother

"You sure?"

"Yes I am sure"I said

"Okay hurry up, were leaving in ten minutes"she said before she left

"Okay"

Katherine walked in with a black sweater and black skinny jeans.

"You've been wearing black lately"I said

"Yeah so"she said as she laid down on the bed.

"Just saying"

"I only wore black twice in one week, in fact this is the fist time I wore dark colors. Plus it pops out my eyes don't you think?"she said bating her eyelashes.

"You're stupid"I said playing around

She pretended to be hurt and gasped

"My feelings are hurt"she said sarcastically

"So what you gunna get me for my birthday?" She asked

"Mmm maybe my used sock"

"Eww you nassttyyy"

I laughed at how she said nasty.

"You're weird"

"Better than normal"she defended

"Mm no"I said

"Mmm yeah"she said

"Whatever, you got you're stuff ready for the flight to Beloit?"

"Yeah I do"

"I don't want to move but this is safer for us"I said

"I know"

"Guys let's go!"Aunt Kate yelled

"Okay...so what do you think?" My grandmother said spreading her amrs out to gesture at the house behind her

Its a pretty old Victorian house
But she did say we will get our own room.

So I'm not complaining about it.

"Its cool"Brenda said

"I get the big room!"Katherine yelled

"No I do!"both Gloria and Brenda said

And all four girls ran into the house me and victor looked at each other trying to convince eachother that we didn't care.

Then we sprinted to the house trying to push each other aside.

"Okay kids in this lesson were going to use weapons"Stephen said"And how to take one away"

"But I'm not going to be the only one traning you"He finished

"Meet Michael Bennet he's a vampire and will train..Katherine"Stephen waved at my sister

"Zuko Lee he is a sorcerer and will train with Cassandra"Zuko bowed at Cassandra her doing the same thing

"Gorge Cruz is a half-demon telekinesis and he will train with Brenda"

"Keith Brown is also a socerer and he will train Gloria"

"Stephanie Blue is a witch and will train Carlos"

"And last but not least is Veronica Mendoza is a Necromancer and will train Victor"

Why would he pare up the men with the girls and the woman to me and victor?

As if reading my mind Stphen said
"Now I pared up the girls with the gentlemen and the ladies with the two rookies"he smirked at us"Is because we whant you to be ready. You have no idea who the person you will fight in the near future is taller,smaller,weaker or stronger than you. So we will switch up trainers as we make progress."

"We will go over and over these lessons till each and every six of you get it right"Stephen said"Got it!"

"Got it!"we all said

We are trained as dame soldiers. Every time one of us would mess up we all had to start all over again. First we started to learn how to fight with weapons then we started to learn how to take them away from our apponent. With different ones.

For the rest of the week we have been doing just that.

Training not just to defend our selves.
But...
Fighting for our lives.
