Katerina's POV

"When is she coming out of the coma?"I was frustrated

"We dont know yet Katerina,she was bitten last week"Michael stated

I rubbed my temples, letting out an exaggerated sigh

"What we know is that she will have to get out of this by herself. Its going to take a long time"

"Well how long, is a long time. Is it going to be weeks..months?"

"Most likely weeks"he said

I took a deep breath "Fine"

"Well do anything we can do. We want her to survive this as much as you do"Zucko said

"Thank you. I just want to be alone....please"

They both nodded and left

As soon as they left I cried

My world is falling around me. I don't know how Nadia did this. This is impossible

I don't think I can handle this

My bedroom door opened, I didn't bother looking up

"Hey-hey don't cry babe. Don't cry"

"I don't think I can do this Stephen. I have no idea how she did this. There depending on me to protect them. They depend on me to give them a safe place to live, I don't think I can do that. Everywhere I go my past follows me"

"That's not true. You can do this, I'll be with you. You're not alone, okay" he kissed my forehead and grabbed my chin

When I met his eyes

They told me everything I needed to know

He was telling the truth he wouldn't, leave my side.

"I believe you can do this Kate, you're a strong woman. You can protect them. They need you, and you need them. This will all work out, okay?"

"Okay"I whispered

He placed a small kiss on my lips, which only lead to heated, more passionate kisses

I wrapped my arms around his neck and he grabbed my waist

When we pulled away from each other

We were breathless

"I love you Stephen"

I took a deep breath and said

"I'm going to kill the werewolves that did this. Im not going to let them get away for what they have done to my sister and Katherine"

"When are you leaving?"he asked

"Tonight"

"I'm coming with you"he said suddenly

"No, Stephen. You have to stay here with them"

He let out an exaggerated sigh

"Kate, there safe here. Okay, this whole place is guarded and its locked with spells. Spells that you're sister created. I'm going with you"

I sighed

No matter what I say or do he'll keep Insisting to come and will do anything

He kissed me and hugged me from my waist
