Witchy kisses at the Theater

Oh, boy I am in some trouble now!

Ahahaha!

I don't care! I got to make out with Dominic tonight! It was totally worth Aron trying to kick sand in my eyes with his little stunt at the theater. I know what he's trying to do now. He's trying to make me act all hysterical and jealous.

Stupid boy!

For him it's about control. To feel confident he needs to control me. Fat chance buddy! His stupid nonsense backfired. Dad and I made him look like the jerk he is. And then I got to walk away with Dominic. And then he kissed me! And what did I do? HECK YEAH I KISSED HIM BACK! Hot guys are rare finds. Hot guys who are mature and intelligent. IRRESISTIBLE!

I was in a cloud when I got home and laughed my head off when my stepmother wondered what Dimitri and Dominic's mom - Miyah - saw in their father. The woman has no taste! Her eyeballs are definitely malfunctioning. Lord Dante is H-O-T  hot! He absolutely passed those genes on to his sons! But in Giltea, unless you were a pretty boy - Justin Beiber style - you were considered ugly.

Case in point: Capt. Arshan. That scar across his face set a whole lot of people in the palace in Dragonrock on fire. Myself included. Seeing him every year was my gift. I didn't care what Aron sent me to be honest. My poor blind stepmother thought he was ugly and scary. Ugh, no accounting for taste there. I wonder though if the good captain thinks that he really is ugly? He always seems so surprised by how flirty and attention seeking the women in Dragonrock are. I wonder if there is a way to boost his confidence on this subject. Because here in Alatea City I have noticed that the only one - other than me - who finds him attractive is Ms. Kristy.

I guess it's like Obiwan said: Many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view.

Well I can't wait for the next time I get to kiss the irresistible Dominic Leonhart!

On a separate, and more serious note, I found out why Felix is so keen on showering me with ridiculous flowery compliments every time the noble brats are close by. He's into one of the commoner students. A girl named Dorothea. The Sreng Theater Company has always been given one spot at the academy since the theater was founded.

King Gildor actually provided that in the charter for the Sreng Company to send at least one of their actors to the school free of charge. The chosen student usually shares their knowledge. This helps them write new music and plays. This year's student is Dorothea, the youngest daughter of Director Sreng. She is a green mage. She's beautiful and her voice is incredible! Like Whitney Houston would have wept listening to this girl!

But Dorothea is a commoner and that means she would be executed if she gets involved with a noble born. Felix needs to protect her so I promised him to be her shield. He is my friend. It costs me nothing to laugh at his antics.

Especially if it saves Dorothea's life.
