Christmas Carols at the Ball

Dad and I almost decided not to go to the winter ball. Dominic talked me into going and making a bit of a splash. I decided to do it and Dominic was right. These Gilteans are a bunch of hypocrites. The river of drool that those idiots left all over the ballroom! 

Hahahah! 

It's amazing they didn't slip and fall over themselves. Even that ridiculous little Prince just stared at me with his tongue hanging. 

Hahahahahaha!

As my reward dad ended up asking Dominic to escort me home. That was a happy ride home! We picked up his sister Destiny and we went back to my house. Connor was by himself with a mountain of cookies I baked that day. We sang Christmas carols and Destiny teased her poor brother with mistletoe jokes on the ride. I did shape a [Defender] shield into something like a mistletoe. I kissed Destiny on the cheek and Dominic laughed. He had already gotten his kiss before we picked Destiny up so I can be a little patient. 

My dad and my friends ended up leaving the ball early. I sang more carols and we had a Christmas party. The steamy looks I get from him promise to make our camping/hunting trip interesting. I sent the remaining cookies and treats with the boys when they all left. They felt sorry for leaving Prince Aron out of the fun and took the cookies to their annual pre-hunt sleepover at the palace. I am using my new secret identity Mr. Skye Walker. 

Hahahaha! 

I really had fun making that alter ego up! Dominic says his mom is a mega Star Wars fan. She went nuts when I told her I named my kids Ben and Luke! Although Star Wars wasn't out when Ben was born. He is Ben because it's a Spider-Man reference. Spider-Man was his father's favorite comic book. It was the way we met too, if I recall correctly. My memories of Nick are fuzzy. It was just really fortuitous that there is a Ben in Star Wars too! I will definitely put on a bit of a show tomorrow.
