Chapter 4

Jake and I were sitting next to each other. Conner was across from us giving is the death glare.
"So Abi you had some news to tell us?" I said so it would break the silence. She looked at me kinda scared like she wanted to cry or something. She stood up and said "please don't hate me mom or dad."
"Why would we hate you honey? Did you and tanner break up?"
"No actually me and tanner are having a baby. I'm pregnant mom." My mom looked pissed my dad was about to yell then I looked at her and said "Abi I'm here for you if you need me." Then I said "now what's going on with the family friend vacation?" Trying to change the subject and it did Abi looked at me and mouthed "thank you so much" I just now that it helped a lot. I don't want things to change us. Conners mom was staring at me. I took my hands off the table and reached over to jakes lap and started to touch his little friend and he got a little shocked. My mom saw him and how he was looking and I just looked at him. "Are you okay, jake?"
"Ya I'm fine trish."
"Okay good now jake how are we doing this trip have you talked to your parents?" Conner looked at me then at my mom and said "wait jakes going with us on this trip." Conners mom looked at me then back to Conner and said "Ig he is. It's Kyle's best friend and that's who he asked to come with us. Unfortunately that's Jens boyfriend" then she has said to my mom "I think we should talk about sleeping arrangements for this trip. I mean Ashley's coming Kyle and his friend and then there's us. I told Conner he could bring a friend and he's bring Ethan." I then cut her off saying "Ethan's coming? I don't think that's a good idea. I can't I just him and Conner I might end up wanting to kill my self! This isn't funny! Mommy this is bull shit." I then stood up stairs jake got up after me. Conner had said "what's so wrong with Ethan? I have a problem with Jake and I'm leaving it be." That pissed me off so I had just went to my room slammed my door. My mom had came up. "Jen please why do you do this. Conner loves you."
"Mom I'm with Jake and I just I don't know." I love Jake me and Jake have always had a good time together. From that my mom got up and left the room. Jake walked in and said "we should talk." I nodded.
He was looking at me in the eyes. Then looked to his feet and said "maybe we should take a break for a while." With that he walked out and I started to cry and ball my eyes out. Conner came up and knocked on my door. I tried to dry up my tears some and told him to come in. "Jake left pretty pissed," he saw my face and said "Jen are you okay?" He was worried about me. He really does care. I leaned up sat up and looked at him with not to much to say. I didn't know what to say. He was there for me when me and buddy broke up. I started to cry and I laid my head on his lap. And started to cry harder than I was before he stroked my hair. Conners mom was listening in on us. Conner had said " Jen why do you always do this to your self. Jake was no good for you anyways. All he wanted from you was sex and that's what he got from you he's a junior you are a freshman."
With that Conner had tucked me in. I had fallen into a deep sleep. I woke up the next day and remember in made me cry so much I couldn't go to school so I yelled for me mom and told her everything she said to me "honey you can stay home just get some sleep take a hot shower also eat something honey it will make you feel better. I love you honey" she left my room and I laid there staring at my wall. Conner walked in and said "would you want some company today?"
I smiled and shook my head yes.
"Everyone has already left."
"Okay then I'm hungry and I need some food in my belly a shower then we can watch some movies together, is that okay?"
"Ya that's fine. Do you wanna talk about anything Jen? I'm here for you if you need anything." I shook my head and got outta my bed all I had on was a bra and thong Conner looked me up and down. I walked over to my dresser pulled out a pair of my Victoria secret sweats. I turned to Conner and he was look at my boobs I then say "hey Conner up here do you have and over sized hoodie I can wear?"
"Uhh ya I do let me go grab it its in my car." I walk down stairs in my bra and get out waffles and put them in the toaster. He hands me the hoodie and I put it on. He gets out cereal and milk and eats cereal. I eat my waffles and then after I'm done I say "okay Conner Ima take a quick shower and then we can watch movies go a head and cook some snacks and I'll be right out." He nods. I jump in a hot shower wash my face body and hair. I get out get dressed and walk down stairs. Conner Has made us s'mores. They look so good. We set up a movie and sit on the couch. I eat my s'mores and I loved them. I was cuddled next to him. My phone went off and it was Jake calling me I just clicked my phone off and cuddled next you the now sleeping Conner and fell asleep on him. Kyle came home and Jake was with him. Me and Conner were asleep on the couch cuddled up. Jake got pissed opened up the front door and slammed it again to wake us. I was pretty pissed at being woke up. Conner was still a sleep so i woke him up by saying "hey Conner I think ima little horny and need someone inside of me now!" He sat up so fast I started to laugh so much. I had to pee. Jake had stormed up stairs and that just made me wanna cry. Conner asked me if I was okay I just nodded my head. I didn't know what else to do so I made me some more s'mores. Conner followed. "Jenna we should talk about this about all of this." I looked at him confused he looked at me a little up set and said "Jenna I'm in love with you. I can't stand seeing you with any other guy. I mean Ik your not a virgin but it's hard Bc I do love you. And now Ik you and Jake were active like a lot it hurts to know you were doing it with him and not me." I looked at him and I had no facial expression. With that Jake walked in right behind him so did Kyle. I was a little shocked at what Conner had just said. Kyle looks at me and says "who's hoodie do you have on never saw you wearing it?"
"It's Conners hoodie Kyle."
"Wait so are you and Conner a thing?" I looked at Conner to Jake back to Kyle and I said "I'm not sure yet. We are thinking about it on trying a relationship." Jake walked away I followed.
"What is your problem Jake your the one that broke up with me."
Jake looked at me and said "doesn't mean I don't love you any more. I just said let's take a break Jenna that's all I don't want you with anyone else especially him he's slept around" I cut him off and yelled "AND YOU HAVENT!" He looked at his feet. "So I'm right? Right. I mean we had great sex Jake why did you break up with me?"
"I-I thought it would be best for us to break up and be apart. I don't want to lose you Jen. I love you."
"It's to late jakey. We are already over I'm sorry. Bye." He had walked outta my house and I went to my room and cried my self asleep. It was about 8 and I woke up. Conner came to wake me up for some pizza he ordered. There was only 4 days of school left. I was excited. Idk what Ima do about Jake or my relationship with Conner. I've been in love with Conner since forever and Jake he's a nice hot senior guy in 4 days. When you love someone it's hard to let go. I sat up turned on my tv. My phone ring and it was Ashley so I answered
"Hello?"
"Hey babe how ya feeling I just heard."
"I'm fine we talked and Conner has been by my side since last night. Tbh he's been there for me a lot and been through with me with every break up but the one with Colin. But I wasn't up set with that."
"Wow Conner been there for you? I wounder how his girl feels about that?"
"His girl? What do you mean?"
"Him and Alexis are a thing."
"Wait what? I've been letting him nap with me and I thought about giving him and chance oh wait til he comes back to my room can I like call you back tomorrow?"
"Yes babe I will see you tomorrow too."
"Ily, goodnight."
With that I hung up the phone. Conner had came back in I looked at him he gave me a smile I ask "are you and Alexis a thing?"
"I slept with her about maybe 3 weeks ago and she's telling people that we are talking and shit and its pissing me off."
"Okay well do you just wanna go to bed?" With that me and Conner both cuddled up next to each other. He asks"do you just only sleep in your bra and thong?"
Yes I do now go to bed dork he kissed my cheek and we fell asleep.
