I wake up screaming and coated in cold, clammy sweat.

"Ocean! Ocean, it's okay! You're fine!" a voice says, comforting and pleasant. My eyes are unfocused but when I can see again, Mitchell is standing over me.

"That's impossible you're dead!" I shout. Mitchell looks concerned, the bags under his eyes clear as daylight.

"Ocean, I'm not dead. It was just a dream," Mitchell sits on edge of my bed. Tears are falling freely from my eyes as I think of the dream again.

"You died and I... I couldn't do anything about it! Everyone died..." I cry and he scoots over more, hugging me.

"Shh, it's okay. You're alright and as long as you're with me I won't let anything harm you," Mitchell whispers and I think for one moment how weird this is but then I fall into his arms, tired once again.

I slip away into sleep again but this time with no nightmares. Mitchell is awake the whole time, watching over me along with Ptero, who is right next to me every moment.

I awake for real sometime later and open my eyes slowly. I move around and Mitchell comes out of his half asleep state.

He gives me a huge hug as I sit up and then we stumble off to his jeep with consent from the doctor. He goes in the back and I drive the ten minutes to his house.

We make it to his bedroom and I have just the amount of strength to get him on his bed.

"Night Mitchell," I close the door softly and walk to my house.

A day or two later I finally see Mitchell again, full of energy and not at all like how I saw him then.

"Ocean! There you are, I've been looking all over for you!" Mitchell exclaims. I feel my face flush and he smiles, giving me a hug.

"What's up?" I ask subtly, doodling some random stuff on my clipboard.

"The genetics scientist, Dr. Halen, she says that the dinosaur is ready to become an attraction. My mom was talking to her and turns out, if we manage to do things correctly this time, the Triminus Rex can be safe!" Mitchell grins. He still looks nervous, terrified actually about what he just said. I glance up from whatever I was drawing on the clipboard.

"What if-" I begin but he stops me.

"My parents said we can look at it. She wants you to bring Ptero too; thinks it'll help socialize." Mitchell runs a hand through his hair, pushing it out of his green eyes.

"Alright lets go then!" I exclaim and climb in my jeep.

"Oh by the way, you forgot my hat," Mitchell slides into the passenger seat. I look down and notice I had sketched Mitchell with the light of adventure sparking his face. The only thing missing was his hat. I blush and start the car, looking straight ahead. Mitchell hangs on so hard his knuckles are white when I hit a few bumps.

"You drive like my mother," he comments when we stop next to the Triminus Rex paddock.

"Thank you," I smile and we go into the control that's attached to the paddock.

"Hey guys! Would ya look at the size of that thing?" Leo is standing beside the glass window, marveling how big the dinosaur was.

"This is the Triminus Rex! What do you think?" Claire asks as she stares at it blankly. Owen looks super nervous. The last time a dinosaur like this had been introduced to them, they almost died along with Mitchell's cousins, Zach and Gray.

"It's..." I gulp, unable to continue. Mitchell holds his hand against the glass and Anessa almost trips over herself trying to back away when the thing comes closer. Leo is shaking slightly and I call Ptero up.

The little dog barks once and the Triminus snaps once, then growls. Ptero yelps and flees to cower behind me.

"So much for that," Dr. Halen mutters. She gives Ptero a pat and starts up a speech about it.

"We've concluded that the Triminus Rex is indeed part raptor, much like the Indominus. We've also discovered that this one happens to be male," Dr. Halen begins. "The Triminus has a number of DNA differences such as a bioluminescent strand from a creature off the sea floor. It has the ability to swim but only for a short period of time. There is a lagoon at the back of the enclosure but it is not very good with humans,"

She says all this as it growls and snaps at us from behind the glass, then it saunters away out of sight.

"The Triminus doesn't have very powerful sense of smell, like the Indominus while also having the ability to sense heat radiation," Dr. Halen finishes.

"Wonderful," Owen mumbles. "Just what we need, another monster planning our death."

"Thank you Dr. Halen." Claire says and then she stumbles out of the room. Owen follows but we remain where we are.

"I'm not sure this is safe," Leo confesses. Anessa nods.

"What if it escapes, just like all the other times this park has been opened?" she frets. I allow them to wander back outside, then go and stand by Mitchell. He's watching intently.

"You wanna hear something crazy?" he whispers.

"What is it?"

"I want to train that thing."
