15 - Nate
{Calum's point of view}
I stepped into the building, the cafeterias food smelling out the entire school; I grimaced at the stench and waved at the guys. They were stood at the stairs, in our usual place probably talking about music or another party happening at the weekend. Arabella's boot heels echoed throughout the hallways as she ran up to me.
"What the hell, Calum?" She yelled down the hallway, eyes looking at us. I turned around and topped in my tracks. Her hair is little messy; a few strands sticking to her lip gloss. I moved them off her plump lips, repaying me with a little smile.
"What's your problem?" I carried on walking up to the guys to hear her scoff and catch up to me. The guys looked at me and then Arabella; shocked at why she is here.
"You are my problem. Why did you tell Nate that we slept together?" She whispered the last part to me while the guys went into their own conversation. I shrugged in response and looked around the halls.
"Is he bugging you anymore?" Arabella shook her head in response and crossed her arms.
"No," She sighed and pushed her hair back with her delicate hand.
"I rest my case." I put my hands up in defeat as I saw the jock walk up to us. His smirk made me grimace. "You really have the nerve to stand up to me?" I smirked at him, looking him up and down like he is trash. In my eyes he is dirty trailer trash which shouldn't exist on the face of the Earth. His face was bruised, with cuts that still had a pink graze around the wounds.
"Yeah, I do." I shook my head while laughing; we received a few glances from the students as Luke, Ashton and Michael stared at the scene unfolding in front of them. Nate pushed me backwards; I stumbled a little and then smiled at him. I rammed him up against the white brick wall and by now every one's eyes were on us.
"Nate, stop trying to stand up to Calum, it isn't worth it." Arabella shrugged while trying to pry me from him.
"Arabella move." My voice strained, I rammed him against the wall again as Bella came closer to me.
"You made this my issue so I am dealing with it." Her voice is filled with anger by this point; her girls approached Luke, Michael and Ashton.
"You are just a little tart." Nate spat at her and she pushed him into the corner. Bella took deep breaths; trying to keep her calm.
"Never, call her a tart." I sent a punch to his face as he sickly chuckled at us.
"Or what? She can't stop spreading her legs." Nate shrugged again and smiled as blood dripped from his nose and into his mouth. I punched him in the gut as he coughed on me; still keeping my grip on him.
"Calum, don't! He isn't worth it." Michael tried to input and get me off of the sick jock.
"She must've been born on a highway, that's where most accidents happen." My grip calmed on him; shocked at his pathetic comeback. Arabella pushed in front of me and slapped him across the face and walked away; her eyes full of anger and hurt. I threw him to the floor and he scattered away down the hall.
"What was that all about?" The girls shrugged and shuck their heads.
"I don't know, she has always been sensitive about highways. She takes roads not highways; she has some wacky fear over them." Beth informed me as she gripped onto Michael's arm.
"What do you mean?" Receiving shrugs again from eight bodies that stood before me, I sighed and pulled at my hair.
"She is angry, I know that. Why do you care anyway?" Meredith asked me, wanting to know every ounce of gossip she could retrieve from me.
"Because, she." I paused in a moment of thought, not knowing what to say. "I don't know." Knowing nobody will accept my answer, they shook their heads in unison.
"Mate, I think she must be upset about something." Luke sympathetically slapped my back and I looked at him like he was stupid; mentally slapping my forehead.
"Well, Luke, she is obviously going to be jumping with joy at that comment from that so called 'loving' guy." Luke laughed a little as I smirked.
"I just don't understand why she didn't stay to hurt him more from a comment like that." Natalia stated, looking at her group of girls, I chewed on my lip and leaned against the wall.
"Calum, are you ok?" I nodded in response to Ashton's question. I was too busy thinking about why she reacted the way she did. I clenched my jaw as I saw Nate walk past.
"What is seriously going on?" Beth looked at me and I glanced at her.
"He is a sick stalker; did you not see what just happened?" I pointed my arms out at the wall that had drips of blood on them. She smiled softly at Michael as he looked down at her.
"I did, but I know more than you think." She winked at me, signing she knows a little about what went on at the party that Ashton threw. But she didn't, she couldn't.
"Someone should go after Arabella." Luke looked around for any volunteers to go find and confront Bella.
"She will be long gone by now." Meredith looked at Ashton; her curly ginger hair spiralled down her back.
"I'll go after her. She would want to talk to me more" She went to walk away and chase her; I shook my head at Natalia.
"No, don't. This is mine, hers and Nate's battle and it is my fault so, I'll go after her."
