Lincoln was at home, and he was being given a cast by Lisa herself, and he was lying on the couch with his leg in extreme pain from the leg sweep Bones had given him. It was like splinters or nails being lanced or pierced into the dermis of his knee and calf, or a knife was stuck in his knee, going through both angles. Luna looked so guilty and was sitting in the corner, thinking about how she let her own brother get injured like this in the first place, and wondered if she should just leave her only brother out of this for his own safety.

"Luna, are you okay?" Asked Lynn Sr with him and his wife looking a their superhero daughter.

"No, man!" Luna exclaimed, feeling like crying her eyes out in guilt. "My own baby bro is hurt bad because of me! I never meant for any of this to happen. I... I didn't expect that scumbag to hurt him like this." then she turned away, feeling like she doesn't deserve to look at her brother for getting him injured like this. She went up to him, still looking guilty about earlier before gently putting a left hand on his tummy (she had her blue gloves off, leaving them naked). "Lincoln... I am so sorry I got you into this mess. It's all my fault."

Lincoln gave her a sympathetic look, and replied: "Luna, it's okay. It's not your fault."

"Yeah, honey." Rita said. "That guy was probably just too strong for Lincoln to handle since he doesn't have powers, and since that Bones is a professional bounty hunter with years of combat experience."

"I'll say. I've seen a few episodes of Bones and how he catches the bad guys." Lynn Sr added, "But to hurt our own son like this? It's unforgivable!"

"Some human beings only care about money and profit, father." Lisa said. "Not all people, but some. Some human beings will think dirty or unfairly enough to achieve their goals and money."

"No kidding." said Lori. "But Luna, it's not your fault."

"If we're going to blame anyone, it's that dirtbag bounty hunter." Lynn sounded angry, and cracked both her knuckles. "Just let me at 'em and I will break his neck. I swear to that."

"Easy, LJ." said the father. "We appreciate you doing this on Lincoln's account, but you couldn't last one minute against that guy."

"She's right," Mason said. "You have no idea what that Bones is capable of. He almost got us killed, and he wiped have wiped me, Luna, and Sam out if not for Yakov coming to save us."

"I may not know you very long, Lincoln." The mechanical Ukrainian admitted, "but I can see that you are a strong comrade on the inside. You're tough and you didn't even cry a single tear from your eyes. But do not worry, Lincoln, you will be alright. As long as you keep yourself off that leg."

"He's right, sweetie." said Rita, "you're probably even tired from fighting Bones after putting up quite a fight with you."

"Yeah. But I tried to give it all I got." Lincoln said before grunting a little in pain. "I tried fighting him but... he was too strong-" Luna comforted him by gentle shushing him and rubbing his large head.

"It's okay, buddy. It's not your fault, it's mine."

"Come on, Luna, don't be so hard on yourself." Lori said, "these things literally just happen."

"Okay, okay." Luna sighed, "I'll try not to be too hard on myself."

"And don't worry, Lincoln," said Sam. "We will avenge you but really hurting that guy. I'll make him feel like he landed on a power line from skydiving."

"And I'll burn him alive for this." Mason added.

"And I will make him feel like he is in a gulag once I am finished with him." Yakov added. "It will make him beg for death to come and save him."
