Chapter 1

Beginnings

"have you heard it?"

"they broke up."

"they did."

"oh no way."

I was making my way to class when all of these students are talking about Louis (louie) Joe. The one and only bad boy, playboy, whatever boy you want to call him. I guess he broke up with his girlfriend. He has been my crush ever since 5th grade until now. Being a 4th year high school student I was just his friend.

We've been seat mates for the past 5 years. We've been close for the past 5 years. But nothing happened or developed. He can be my slave I can be his slave. We did things like a couple would do. But not in a sweet way.

As I was walking a girl stand in front of me and slapped me hard. "Mangaagaw! Flirt! Bitch!" she said those words that don't really mean to me at all.

I raised an eyebrow at her. "Traydor ka Addie! for all this years you were my bestfriend! Pero ano Addie?! you stole him from me." Alexis shouted at top of her lungs.

"wala akong inagaw sayo." I said trying to make my way out.

"You stole Louis from me Bitch! Traydor ka!" the next thing I know I was lying on the ground holding my red cheeks.

*bell rings*

All student went out of my sight. I tried to stood up when I felt a hand pulling me up. "Addie!! ano nanaman to?" Caly asked. Caly has also been my close friend really close. But Alexis she's my bestfriend. She's a sister for me.

"ano ba nangyari?" Caly asked.

"you know how me and Louis are close. I guess Alexis think of it in a very bad way." I explained

"Addie sana naman inalam mo limits mo diba? Yes I know how you and Louis are close but come on Addie! he has a girlfriend. Sana dumistansya ka diba?"

"pa'no ako didistansya Caly kung si Louis ang lapit ng lapit..."

"oh sige na tama na. Let's go to class. We're only 5 minutes late let's go!"

I'm very lucky to have a friend like Caly.

Half an hour of our boring math class my mind is still focusing on what happen earlier. I didn't want those things to happen. I didn't mean to make Louis broke up with Alexis. Or whoever broke up with who.

*poke poke*

"class is done Addie. Well I'm off to my english class. How 'bout you?" Caly asked.

"I don't wanna go to my next class. There's Alexis and Louis." I said with no emotion.

"Addie, you can't be like this because of them. Be strong ok? I'm always here if anything is wrong." she patted my shoulder and I smiled.

I still don't wanna go to my next class.

"Addie..." I heard a sweet familiar voice said.

"Louis..." I said.

"can we talk?" he said and I just nod. We walked together side by side and he started the conversation with an awkwardness still.

"Alexis broke up with me." he said. "I know in fact she attacked me this morning."I said.

"Why?" he asked. I rolled my eyes. "I don't maybe she thinks I stole her boyfriend!" I said straight to his face.

"Addie I'm sorry." He said "yes you are Louis. let's have space to each other. You know distance. We've hurt someone." I said and he held my hands which made every single hair on my body go up.

he held my hands again but I removed it right away. "Why are you making this hard for me Louis?" I asked him controlling the water works. "Tell me Addie. Go on" He said. "I LOVE YOU LOUIS! PERO ANO? LAGI MO AKONG PINAPAASA! I WAS YOUR TOY! TOY LOUIS TOY FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS! TANGINA NAMAN LOUIS OH? GANYAN KA BA KA MANHID?" I said and did not control and let the water falls from my eyes.

He wiped my tears.

Alexis' POV

I was making my way to my next class when something catch my eye Addie and Louis. Yes I broke with Louis butI still love him. Yes I faced Addie but she's still my bestfriend but this is too much to handle.

I attacked Addie, I walked to her "Hindi talaga kayong dalawa nadadala no?! ADDIE!" Isinigaw ko na pero hindi silang dalawa umimik. "Alexis" Louis was trying to hold me. "subukan mo! subukan mo lang hawakan ako. Ang dalawang pinaka importanteng tao para saakin tinaydror ako!"

Addie's POV

"Alexis, here us out please." I tried to please her but nothing happened. "Don't english me Addie! for 5 years you've been staying here in the Philippines wag mong sabihin hindi mo parin kaya mag tagalog! for pete's sake come on Bleu!" She said.

"Alexis, magkaibigan lang kami ni Addie." Louis said

Yeah friends with benefits...

Alexis laughed sarcastically, "Friends, magkaibigan? wow. Ang magkaibigan ba inuuna kesa sa girlfriend? nilalandi mas malala pa sa girlfriend? Ang sabihin mo Louis ikaw ang malandi! at ikaw Addie, nag pa landi ka..." when she said her last sentence her voice brokes and tears fell out her eyes.

"Alexis" I tried to comfort her but she pushed me away.

The following day...

I woke up with sadness. Why is these things happening to me. Why? I did my morning routine after I change into school clothes my phone vibrated.

From: Lucas

Addie I knew what happen yesterday. I'll pick you up today after school, let me make ur day. <3

A smile formed on my lips. How I miss being with this guy. Lucas has also been my friend. We dont usually hang out when Louis and I are close Louis doesn't like him.

To: Lucas

Okay Mister, make my day.

receiving a text from him early this morning he has already made my day.

"Addie, may nag hahanap sayo sa baba." Yaya Mai said.

"Who?" I asked. Nobody will look for me early this morning. I grabbed my car keys also my things. When I saw the person who was looking for me my jaw drop.
