Lan Zhan and I were summoned to Sect Leader Jiang's personal office. We met him in a small private room used for meeting with families or other guests who were visiting. I had this feeling something was going to happen.

"You have a charm that keeps noise from traveling?" Sect Leaded Jiang asked.

I nodded, "I do."

"When my wife arrives I want you to activate one over this room," he ordered.

"Alright," I said. Madam Yu arrived and she looked a bit aggravated.

I sighed and placed the charm over the room, and held onto Lan Zhan's hand for comfort, "what is this about?" I asked.

"Last night, a disciple happened to hear a conversation between you and Hanguang Jun," he said, "I know eavesdropping is bad but what he told me was a bit of a surprise...he told me that your name is now Xiao Wuji."

I sighed, "the disciple heard Lan Zhan address me, correct?"

"He did," Sect Leader Jiang nodded, "I am not particularly upset you hid your real name but I do want to know why? Your father was a member of my sect, a good friend and disciple here. Why hide who you are?"

"Because I know things that not a lot of people realize. I have the knowledge of foresight," I said...it wasn't entirely true but it was better than telling them I lived a life already. Being able to see the future was more believable than time travel, "I knew how your wife would treat me if she knew my real identity, and judging by her appearance right now, she looks the same as what my visions were."

"What do you mean?" Sect Leader Jiang asked.

"I would succumb to abuse under your wife's whip and you either didn't know, which you were oblivious, or you did and did nothing to stop her. If you knew when I first arrived, you would have done just that. But, I am now in a position where you cannot hurt me. If your wife has a problem with me, I already have a place at my fiancé's sect, or at my grandmother's," I explained.

"Fengmian, I want this bastard out of the sect, now!" Madam Yu demanded, "and yes, I mean bastard, for all we know he is your bastard son."

I glared at her, "how dare you insult my parents like that?!" I told her, "they birthed me, Cangse Sanren is my mother, and Wei Changze is my father. In fact, I would be extremely disgusted if Sect Leader Jiang was my father. Especially for how much of a coward he is when it comes to you."

Zidian sparked in her hand with rage. I smiled as a protective barrier was already placed around Lan Zhan and me. She cannot hurt me. Before she could strike, I sent up a small flare.

"What did you just do?" Sect Leader Jiang asked.

"You will know in a moment," I answered.

"A'Ying?" I smiled at my grandmother's voice.

"Wai Po, thanks for coming," I told her.

"Of course, what is it?" She asked.

"These two found out my real name and I am already being treated differently," I told her.

"Is that so?" She asked, I could feel the room getting colder. Her being angry on my behalf was not a good thing.

"Immortal Sanren?" Sect Leader Jiang questioned.

"So, already giving my grandson a problem after finding out his real identity? And to think he has done so much for this sect already. If his name was revealed sooner, he would have lost his cultivation due to your son's negligence. I do not know about you, but Wei Ying's parents would be furious in the underworld to hear that their son lost the ability to cultivate for another and never received a thanks," Wai Po explained.

"He will always be lesser than our son!" Madam Yu spat, "he is a son of a servant, my son is the heir to a sect."

I sighed, "I am an immortal and engaged to Hanguang Jun. I have an honorable title and I have even helped your son improve his cultivation. If anyone is lesser, it would be you people."

"Not only that, but he is my grandson, heir to Immortal Mountain. Who do you think you are telling him he is lesser?" Wai Po yelled, "Yu Ziyuan, if you had not married Jiang Fengmian, you would remain the third mistress of your family. You married to gain a title. No matter how powerful you are, that is nothing. A good leader needs some humility and you lack that."

"I want this boy off my land!" Madam Yu growled.

I sighed and stood up with Lan Zhan, "very well, but I will never return," I removed the clarity bell and my purple robed leaving me in a black tunic and pants, "I am no longer a disciple here. Apparently even if I stayed, I would not be treated as I once was. I am still Xiao Wuji, same personality. Nothing about me is different other than the name."

"My Lady, please," Sect Leaded Jiang said, "Wei Gongzi has done a lot for our sect and because you dislike his parents you want him gone?"

"Yes, I do," she said.

"I will go gather my things then," I said and left without another word.

Wai Po stayed to have a word with them I'm sure but I went to my room and got only the important things. I gathered some books, music, talismans and charms I've worked on, and changed into my black robes. Lan Zhan stepped in when I told him I was decent.

"Well, I am either going to Gusu with you or the Mountain with Wai Po," I said.

"Come to Gusu just for a few days to discuss the new development between you and Yunmeng Jiang," he said, "then we can go to the Mountain."

I nodded, "want to teleport there?"

He grabbed my hand and did just that. Well, I guess that happened. I'm not at all surprised by how Madam Yu had acted. Even Sect Leader Jiang. It is their loss in the end. I was just glad I still had Lan Zhan.
