Chapter Five
Aspasia Everwood
Him. Where do I begin? I’ve written so many songs about him. No, not Can’t Live Without You! Or That’s What, but songs like Abandoned, Why Can’t I Forget You, Reminders, and, well, a lot more. You can’t tell by the general mood of the titles how I feel about him. He’s not my favorite person to talk about.
“Hello,” a woman whose appearance looked not a year older than twenty years old held out her hand in invitation. Her blonde hair was up in a slick bun, and pearl earrings studded both ears. Her smile shouted out four words and three numbers: fake and fire truck red-328. She was wearing a Lous Viutton business suit and Jimmy Chu heels. Classy. The word lingered in my mind.
“Hello,” I looked down at her wrinkly hands, and her red painted nails, “I’m Aspasia. Everwood,” I gulped, “Aspasia Everwood.”
“Yes,” she looked me up and down with her fake smile, “I am aware of this. I’m Cherie Love.”
I nodded with a half smile and wondered if that was her real name. I kind of doubted it. Jada stepped up to the plate and gave “Cherie Love” a dirty look (that is why she is my BEST friend!).
“Jada Blue,” she tried to smile without being snotty.
“Hello, Mrs. Blue,”
I snickered. I loved how people actually gave into rumors. Jada was really mad now.
“It’s Miss. Blue, thanks,” she snapped.
“Oh, I apologize, Miss. Blue. I thought you had wed with--”
“Nick, Nick Jonas,” Nick held out his hand and gave his hypnotic smile. I snickered again, and this time I wasn’t the only one. Joey and me had to fight our biggest battle just so we didn’t crack up. The timing of Nick was perfect! I had to give him props for that.
“Why, hello, there, Mr. Jonas. And where are your brothers?” she asked, obviously one of them would see past her seventy year old hands and serenade with her twenty year old face and Jessica Alba body (maybe in her mind, but come one, looks ARE NOT everything, and honey she did not seem like the sweetest person).
“They’re already in the room, Mrs. Love. They slipped past when you were introducing yourself to Jada and Aspasia,” he smiled.
“Unfortunately, it’s Ms. Love,” she smiled, hoping the “Recently” married Jonas would see her face and not her mind.
We all slipped into the room and began the interview, with no time to spare.

FantasyDon't read this please. I wrote it in the sixth grade when I had a band and was in LOVE with the Jonas Brothers. I just wanted it on my iPod so I could read these memories me and my best friend had writing together (:
