Age: Possibly late twenties, exact year of birth is unknown
Place of Birth: Probably Krankzinnig. There is no record of her birth, but it's very, very hard to find Krankzinnig, and even harder to enter.
Appearance: Patient 2237 is approaching seven feet tall. She's skinny, but her arms have a wiry strength. She has lank, stringy brown hair and dark, soulless eyes.
Mental Health: Patient is in control of actions and is coherent. I (Dr Mendoza) diagnose manic depressive disorder with delusions of grandeur and some form of social disorder. Most likely ASPI. There are distinctive physical tics which suggest some difficulty in communication. Further therapy will be needed.
Criminal Offenses: Patient 2237 has 32 separate counts of first degree murder and 4 counts of destruction of public property and manslaughter. It is possible that there are more crimes she has committed that have not been uncovered as yet.
Additional Notes: Dr Psy is infamous in Krankzinnig. She should be kept as far as possible out of the public eye, and should be kept hidden if any journalists come snooping around.
