To who (or what) it may concern
I'm concerned about the security surrounding Patient 2237. She claims to have been inside my office and to have hacked into my email and both of these facts are very distressing to me. I have talked to the guards, who all swear she has not been left unattended, but I feel sure that isn't the case.
I tried to access the security camera footage, but there was no data.
If you could look into this as soon as possible, that would be great.

The security department here at Krankzinnig Asylum take matters of security very seriously. That being said, none of the security cameras have been switched on since they were installed. We find that the impression of surveillance is often just as effective as actual surveillance.

Mr Ferne
I'm not sure I understand about the cameras, but even ignoring that we need to prevent Patient 2237 from doing anything of this sort again. I suggest turning on the cameras as a starting step.

I agree that maybe turning on cameras would be a good idea, so we shall do that as soon as possible. In addition, perhaps some proper locks on the cell doors would be helpful. . .

Don't worry about it Dr Mendoza, I was just messing with you. Obviously the cells have locks. Otherwise we really would have a security issue. . .
In all seriousness, we will get the cameras up and running as soon as possible. We'll have to hire someone who knows how to actually do that, but it shouldn't take too long. Maybe three days tops? In the meantime we'll station some guards outside of Patient 2237's cell at all times.
And hey, dude, maybe we should hang out sometime, all the doctors and all the security team. I mean, it's been forever since we had an inter-departmental basketball game. Whaddya say?

Mr Ferne,
Thank you very much. I appreciate it.
About the basketball, well, I'll speak to Mr Daniels about organizing one. You know how he likes to know if anything team-building happens.

---------FUN FACT-----------
Basketball is a very dangerous sport. It involves fire and weirdly patterned shared hallucinations that spin around the players. They often like to show off their cartwheels.
