Ryan told me that he was going to take me and him out alone to a fancy restaurant.
I told him we didn't have money to spare and just throw out the window on an hour of good food when it wasn't even a special occasion.
He said that he had made extra that he didn't put in the money jar.
I said that my mother would approve.But he said I had already asked her and she did.
Confused I gave up and went to dinner with him in a fancy red dress two inches too short from my party that he was making me wear again.
Once we got there I ordered the cheapest thing on the menu which was a chicken ceasar salad with ranch dressing and water.
Ryan ordered a chicken snadwhich and sweet tea.
After we ate Ryan ordered dessert for us to share. A chocolate lava cake and a strawberry malt.
When we were in the middle of eating he told me that he loved me and he never would let me go, he said he wanted to be with me forever.
Then he did the unthinkable.
He got down on one knee, and opened a black velvet box with a ring in side.
He asked "will you marry me?" And I started crying and said yes through my tears.
He put the ring on my hand and we kissed.people around us clapped but I didn't care because the only thing that mattered was ryan, I loved him.
