"Jungkook, could you come to the door, please?"
Jungkooks attention snapped to the door, slowly pulling off his headphones as he registered the words. He raised an eyebrow, exiting off the game he was on, "I'm sorry, could you say that one more time?"
He heard a sigh from the other side of the door, "Could you please come to the door?"
Jungkook stood up, running a hand through his hair, not even bothering to put on a shirt. He was curious why Jin was at his door, used to the members banging on it whenever they needed something, which they thankfully rarely did.
He opened the door, eyes blinking fast to adjust to the change in lighting. He tilted his head up, looking at the eldest member of BTS, a confused expression on his face. "Did you need something or..." Jungkook stuck his head into the hallway slightly, looking side to side to see if anyone else was around.
Jin's eyes widened for a moment, staring the younger up and down, then shook his head, "Kind of?"
"Kind of?" Jungkook repeated, his tone coming off a bit harsher than he had meant it to; he wasn't exactly going to be mean to him right off the bat.
Jin clicked his tongue, seeming like he didn't want to be there just as much as Jungkook did, "The app to order food is down."
"You mean the grocery app?" Jungkook rubbed his eyes, turning back into his room to grab his phone, scrolling through it to see a text from Bang Si Hyuk letting him know the same information Jin had just told him. Silently cursing himself for getting so enthralled in his first-person shooter that he didn't check his phone the whole morning.
Jin peered into his room slightly, "Yes, it's down, so I can't order the ingredients for dinner."
Jungkook walked back towards the door, trying to block Jin's view a bit. It's not like his room was messy, but it was incredibly dark, for it was barely the afternoon. Jungkooks blackout curtains did him no favors; it looked like the kind of room you would lie in bed depressed all day. He did not need any of the members knowing he was basically a secret shut-in.
Jungkook scratched his head, "Okay, so just order fast food or something tonight."
Jin huffed slightly, eyes narrowing a little at the manager's seemingly nonchalant attitude. "What, no, I'm not doing that."
Jungkook raised an eyebrow, "Why? You guys order takeout once a week at least." He wondered silently, worried this was some new tactic from the members to get him to quit. He was on high alert after his 'little' scuffle with Taehyung.
Jin stepped a little closer, his broad frame engulfing the doorway. "I had planned out a perfect dinner for tonight."
"So, make it another night? I doubt the app will be down for longer than a day. Maybe you could try ordering from a different grocery store." Jungkook suggested, rubbing his still-aching back.
"No, I need a certain kind of sauce and only our usual place has it," Jin argued, crossing his arms.
Jungkook paused for a moment. He knew Jin could be kind of specific, but to actually experience it himself was a surprise. This was the longest conversation he's had with Jin; usually, they'd just silently stare from time to time, and there were also the dinners, but Jungkook wasn't exactly sure how to talk to him just yet.
"So just do this dinner tomorrow, I don't see what the problem is here." Jungkook shrugged his shoulders, watching the older's lip twitch in frustration.
"No, I have to do this dinner tonight, we don't need to be eating unhealthy fast food this close to a comeback."
Jungkook groaned slightly, "I watched you all order pizza like two days ago, but okay."
