Chapter 22 (SHIM)

[SHY's POV]

After ng 3 hours training ay nagkaroon kami ng meeting with our two coaches. Naka-upo kaming players sa bleachers habang ang mga coach ay nakatayo sa harap.

"Three days na lang at magstart na muli ang 38th Sports Tournament. Of course please and palaging ini-inform na umiwas sa kahit anong addictions, two weeks before the tournament. I wish you obey that." Sabi ng head coach.

I look at Kim. He smoke and drink... tsk! What was the last time he smoke and drink? Ah... a month ago.

He continues, "And we heard that the three members are smokers and drinkers." We all look at Carlo, Ry and Kim. They are looking away. "It's okay to drink and smoke but moderate only and you're too young to abuse your body. Stay healthy and stop alcohol and smoke addiction. Alright?"

"YES, COACH!"

After ng meeting ay nagpalit na ako ng pamalit.

Tok! Tok!

Nasa loob ako ng banyo't nag-bibihis.

"What?"

"There you are..." I freeze. It's Kim... in girl's room! "I've been waiting for you outside. So I decided na pasukin ka. Ang tagal mo, ah. Palli." [Faster]

I quickly put my shirt.

"Kim! Bakit ka nandito?" Boses ni Kaye yun, ka-team namin.

"Waiting for Shy." He answered.

"Wow... talagang d'yan sa tapat ng c.r n'ya, ah. Cute couple." Kaye happily said.

Kunot-noo, "We are not couples, Kaye!" I insisted.

"Sorry. Everyone thought about it kasi. Bye and good luck for both of you. FEEL SAILING SHIM SHIP!" I heard the door closed and lumabas naman ako sa banyo. I shook my bag pack on my shoulder.

I saw Kim facing the mirror. When he noticed me he holds my hand and we both went out of the restroom.

We are walking in the hallway and everyone is looking at us but I am the only noticing it kasi parang walang pake si Kim sa nakatingin.

He did really know about "SHIM".

He is still holding my hands. Kng ipagpapatuloy namin ang ganito ay kung anu-ano na namang iisipin ng iba. They are talking about us being cute couple which started from being enemies to lovers. Hindi nila alam na... we are really best friends since birth... if I have a chance to tell them about our story. Now, "SHIM" ang couple name namin ni Kim... SHY + KIM = SHIM. That is a blockbuster couple name now because everyone is waiting for my right man.
