Ch. 6 Meeting Up

¤Laura P.O.V.¤

I was doing laps in the pool when I suddenly felt eyes on me. I stopped my lap and looked up to see 5 guys staring at me. I looked at the faces but only one was familiar.

"Hey! So you're the new neighbor" Zayn said.

I got out of the pool and wrapped my towel around me. I walked up to the 5 guys. Zayn came up to me and gave me a hug. I hugged him back immediately, he's the only real family I have here. We pulled away and he stepped back

"Okay Laura since you didn't know who I was, you probably don't know who they are right?" He asked. I nodded.

"Laura this is Niall, Harry, Liam, and Louis. Guys this is Laura, she's my cousin." The guys looked at me then at Zayn and back again.

I stuck out my hand for them to shake but I was pulled into a group hug. I felt really uncomfortable because I still had my towel wrapped around me. And they were squeezing the life out of me.

"Can't... Breath... Can... You... Let... Go" I said between breaths. The boys let go.

"Hi I'm Niall James Horan" the one with blond hair and an Irish accent said.

"The names Louis William Tomlinson" said the one with blue eyes and brown hair.

"I'm Harold Edward Styles, but call me Harry" the one with curly hair and green eyes said.

"And I'm Liam. Liam James Payne" the one with brown hair and brown eyes said.

"Ooh and my middle name is Javadd, just so you know" Zayn said."And we are One Direction, a famous boy band."

"Hi nice to meet you I'm Laura Isadora Gonzalez."

I looked at each boy trying to memorize their names. Then the elevator dinged and Marcus came running out.

"Li!" He yelled I looked at him and so did Liam. The others just looked at the 3 of us.

"Li. Oh my gosh I'm glad I found you." He ran towards me and Liam looked at me weird. "Li we got to go we have work in about an hour and you still need to change and-" he was cut short as he looked at the guys.

"Who are they?" Marcus asked me

"Um Marcus this is One Direction. This is Zayn, my cousin. And these are his mates Harry, Liam, Louis and Niall. Guys this is Marcus." I introduced them.

"Well pleasure meeting you" he turned his attention back to me, "Hurry up you need to get dressed and get to the store before they fire you even if its your first day." I looked at Marcus then turned to the boys.

"Bye, guys nice meeting you!" I yelled as I ran with my bag and towel.

¤Zayn P.O.V.¤

'Who was that guy with my cousin? I don't approve of him.'

"Zayn. Hello earth to Zayn." Harry waved his hand infront of my face.

"Huh" I said snapping out of my thoughts.

"Dude are you okay" Niall asked.

"Yeah I'm fine"

"No your not" Louis said matter-of-factly.

"So that's your cousin?" Liam asked.

"Yeah. Harry that's your mum's best friend's daughter. The one in that picture with the blue dress and crown."

"OMG that's her?!" realization washed over his face. "I need to call my mum."

"And I need to call mine"
