I put on my gym-clothes and went into the training room we had in the basement, Marshall had agreed to get a gym in the basement. Then we could both exercise and get in better shape, or he could do it, I exercise every day to keep my shape anyways.
"Get your lazy ass up and change to something you can work in." I said, and met the eyes of Marshall, he sat on the sofa and looked at me with a raised eyebrow.
I was wearing a sports bra and a shorts, it was good to move in and not too hot!
"Stop staring, I'm your coach until you're ready ..." I said smiling, he laughed briefly and stood up.
"Until I'm ready? What the hell am I? A Jedi in training ??" He laughed and stood up. "Why do you gotta look so damn good all the time ..." he said smiling and pulled me against him, I relaxed in his arms and looked up at him smiling.
"Cause if you listed and do what I tell you to do, I'll listen to you and do whatever you wanna do afterwards. Sounds like a good deal?"
"... Anything ..?" He asked smiling, I laughed briefly.
"Anything, now go change." I said, he saluted to me smiling.
"Ai-Ai!" He said and ran up to change, I laughed briefly and shook my head.
"I'll meet you downstairs!" I cried, but Marshall came running down the stairs with no shirt, I must admit. There was not much that was needed he would get six-pack to put it that way ... DAMN!
"You have to be in good shape if you already got some abs down there ..." I said and poked him on the belly smiling, he laughed briefly.
"I just run every morning, sometimes in the evening too. And maybe a 'few' situps and pushups and shit..." He laughed when he saw my eyes, I looked at him in amazement. I had never seen him work out, so I was surprised. In addition, he was never good at any sport in Gym back at school. He was good at everything when he wanted it, but school? It didn't bothered him at all trying for by his 2. year in 9th grade ...
"Hmm. I'm looking forward seeing this ..." I said smiling and patting him on the shoulder lightly before we went down to the basement to the fitness room we had in the basement.
There was a pull-up stand, weights, 2 bikes and a treadmill. There were also a closet with plenty of other equipment we could use. I went to the pull-up stand and met the eyes of Marshall.
"Let's what you got, do as many pull-ups as you can." I said, pointing to the stand.
"Uh, sure ..." he said and walked over to stand hesitantly. "I've never done it before though ... Are you just gonna pull yourself up? Can't you show me ..." He smiled in a smartass-grin, I looked at him with raised eyebrows and putted down the drinking bottle on the floor. I sent him a cocky grin back while I grabbed the rod and made 20 pieces quickly, when I let go and met his eyes again he looked at me surprised. "Hmmm ... "He said and grabbed the rod.
"If you haven't done this before, don't expect to do a lot at the first try. You do need---"I stopped by seeing how quickly Marshall did the pull-ups and before I knew it, he had passed twenty and continued just as fast. I stared at his bulging arm muscles his as he finally let go and met my gaze again.
"I might have done that before ..." he said and winked at me.
"... You stupid." I said, and he tapped me easily in the shoulder, but my eyes didn't flinch from the bulging biceps of his ... NOT A SECOND.
