What are you up to??

I smiled to a confused Stacy who held an even more confused Brian in her hand while I picked up my cell phone and dialed the number smiling.

"Alexis, what are you up to ??" Asked Brian questioning, I laughed briefly as I heard someone answered on the other end.

"Alexis! What a plesant suprise, sweetheart! How are you?" Asked a delighted Eric from the other end, I smiled while I sat down on the couch, the eyes of Stacy and Brian looking at me in curiosity.

"Never been better, Eric! Look, I have to ask you something ..." I said serious, Stacy looked at me uneasy.

"Oh, sure. Whatever it is, I'm sure we can deal with it!"

"My boyfriend, he--"

"Since when did you get a boyfriend, baby ???" He said smiling into the phone, I laughed briefly.

"Haha! Uhm, we've been flirting for a long time and we finally got together so, haha. But anyways! He's moving to California, and he asked me to move in with him when he does ..." Stacy and Brian lit up instantly and quite relieved that it wasn't anything bad.

"Oh!"

"Yeah ... I was wondering if you could, kinda, 'move' my work place to Vogue in California? If you know what I mean?" I coughed briefly, Marshall always said that ... I knew I blushed since Stacy pointed at me smiling.

"That shouldn't be hard! Of course! We'll miss you though ... Make sure to stay in touch!"

"Of course, I won't forget you guys!"

"Good! Now, how much time do I have to send them your pictures?"

"He's leaving tomorrow, and moving this weekend I think ... I don't know, I'll text you as soon as I do!"

"Great, okay. Bye sweety!"

"Bye!" I said smiling and hung up, the silent cries of Stacy changed into a high octave which could easily have broken glass! She jumped up and down while I met the eyes of Brian, he rolled his eyes and gave me thumbs up before he stuffed his fingers into his ears to tune it out. I laughed briefly, he was so silly!

"OH MY GOD !!! HE ASKED YOU TO MOVE IN WITH HIM !!! AAAAAAAH !!!" Cheered Stacy, I went over to her and looked into her eyes as I entered the number.

Brian met my gaze questioningly as his phone began to ring and looked at me with a "really?" -gaze before answering.

"Hi boss!" He said, smiling at me foolishly.

"Ew, don't call me that ..." I said sour, he rolled his eyes again. "Brian, since i can't attend my best friend, Stacy, to the Backstreet Boys concert, I want YOU to go with her. AND, and! I want you to buy two Backstage passes that you can both enjoy, on me! Okay, Is that understood?" Stacy cheered loudly and jumped.

"OH MY GOD !!!" She screamed.

"Shhh! I'm on the phone!" I said venomously and smiled at her briefly as I hung up and met her gaze.

"I'm sorry, but I can't go to the concert ... "  I said sad, as if I really cared about it... I care about Nick, he's handsome ... BUT! Ehrm, no one will ever know about that, no one will ever know that I MAAAAAYBE listen to the Backstreet Boys when I'm home alone..?

"It's okay !! OMG !! YOU are moving !! AGAIN !! WITH HIM THIS TIME !!" She cheered, I cheered myself and Brian shhhh-ed at us to get us to shut up, haha!

"God! Oh my GOD!" He shouted, Stacy and I stopped the cheering when he picked up his phone. -I have to take a call, jesus..." he said and winked at us easily as he went into another room.

This should be fun to tell Marshall ... I thought to myself smiling.
