Chapter 18

We spent the day on crazy roller coasters and being blinded by camera men and their flashes.

We just bought an ice cream each and was walking towards the car.

"Sophia! Smile for us" I looked behind me and saw a herd of paparazzi waiting for my reaction. Jaden carried on walking ahead until he realised I had left his side. He jogged back and took my hand.

"You okay?" He asked

"Um, yeah yeah" I came out of my trance

"Guys could you give her some space she doesn't feel to good" Jaden said stepping towards the camera men with his arms opened wide. They all obeyed and took steps back. Jaden then put his arm around my waist and took me away from the scene.

As we got into the car I stared at him.

"I feel fine...why did you say I didnt?" I questioned

He just shrugged and looked at me as we stopped at a red light! I heard a light ringing in the background.

"Soph, in my jacket pocket my phone is there could you answer it please?"

I searched through his jacket which was lying on my lap, as I found it I answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hey J is that you!?" I immediately knew that it was Moises.

"Yeah, whattup?" I tried to sound like Jaden.

"Ryan is gone kapeesh! Security, police etc. have made sure that he can't come near your family and Soph. So you don't have to worry about anything! When are you thinking of coming home? Moises said.

I was in shock and I can't really remember why! Was it because he bought my Jaden impersonation or that I don't have to worry about Ryan anymore!?

I realised Jaden was looking at me considering I was on his phone pretending to be him, I passed him the phone.

"Yo" Jaden said "nah it was Soph! What you need?...oh" he briefly looked at me and smirked a small one "chat later bye" he ended quickly

There was a moment of silence in the car.

"Are we going home then?" I asked

"It's up to you, we could stay at the hotel again for one more night and then go home tomorrow?"

I thought about it for a moment.

"Why wouldn't we go home?" I questioned "just out of curiosity"

"Soph, I don't know how much you may have over heard but basically Ryan broke into the house and he was in your bedroom, none of us have gone into your room yet we were going to clean it up tomorrow but none of us know if there is damage if there isn't."

I took in his answer

"Can we go home please!" I commanded.

"Sure" jaden changed the route, we were now going home.

"Soph! Before we go in I want you to know that everyone will help" I put his sympathy to the back of my mind and opened my bedroom door.

Clothes were flung everywhere my wardrobe had been emptied and restored across the room some hanging out of windows. My shoes looked like they had been chewed apart and the heels I wore for the red carpet were snapped!

I hear Jaden gasp and then turned around to what he was looking at, on my mirror he had used lipstick to write 'BYE BYE'

"Sophia, get out now" Jaden said pushing my back slightly towards the opened door.

We both came downstairs where the whole family was including Trey also featuring Moises and Mateo.

"There's NO way Soph is staying here!"

"Jaden!" Jada, willow and I said in unison.

"Listen! I'm not letting Soph get hurt!" Jaden said

"Yeah but he is gone! Soph will be safe" Moises said.

"If Soph stays here then she...sleeps in my room!"

I raise my eyebrows looking at Jaden.

"Jaden sweetie this is crazy!" Jada said

"I refuse! There are 3 options! She can stay at teos and mois's house, she can stay at a hotel with me and the boys or she sleeps in my room" Jaden insisted.

Obviously nobody cared about my input in the situation. I look round and see an empty sofa so I took a seat.

"I think that you're being crazy! But if it makes you feel better for one night she can sleep in your room" Will offered.

"Thank you" Jaden said with a sigh of relief

"Hang on!" I stood up from my seat "do none of you want to hear me out?"

They all looked at me Jaden nodded as for me to carry on.

"If Ryan really is gone then why are we panicking at all? He cant get us...unless there's something your not telling me" I stated giving eye contact.

Jaden looked down and everyone else stared at Moises.

Moises looked me in the eye and then walked up to me.

"Come with me please?" He asked. He then walked out of the room leaving the door open so I followed.

Moises was waiting with two skateboards he handed one to me.

"Let's skate and talk" he suggested.

I took a board and sped off ahead of him, this is exactly what I needed...the feel of freedom.

Moises caught up next to me and we both steadied our pace.

"So basically..." Moises started and at first I was scared but then I understood suddenly his news hit me in the gut...Ryan was dead.
