  It was Friday, my last day in detention! I was so excited. After today I will not have to spend another afternoon twiddling my thumbs doing absolutely nothing.

"So I was thinking we can work on the English paper in the library after school on Monday," Daniel suggested.

I had totally forgot about the project because I've been thinking about my date tomorrow with Brent. Omg I'm just so happy!

"Oh yeah that will work," I said.

"I heard you have a date thing with my cousin," Macy smirked.

"I actually do," I smiled.

"Your relationship isn't going to last very long as long as I'm around. Remember what you did to Ben and me? Yeah, well now it's payback time. So watch your back," Macy crossed her arms with an evil squint.

"That was all your wrong doing. You're the one that cheated," I snapped.

I was a bit nervous inside because I felt like Macy was capable of doing something to jeopardize my relationship with Brent. My I kept on my tough face because I didn't want to show her any signs of weakness.

"And you and your big mouth just had to snitch," Macy said. I still can't believe she was still blaming me for what happened to her and Ben.

"What you did to Ben was so wrong," I say.

"Geez shut up. You two are giving me a migraine," Daniel complained rubbing the sides of his head.

"Ok, just three words for Macy," I looked directly at Macy and squinted "Bring it on."

"Oh I will," Macy shot back.

After school Caroline, Katy, Jenny, Sarah, Layla, and I decided to go to the mall to shop for Caroline's party next week.

Right now we were sitting in the mall food court. We all had gotten giant ice cream sundaes.

"See this is so fun. The gang is back,"Layla smiled. It was nice to see us all united.

"Yeah we should have a girls day out tomorrow," Sarah suggested.

"I can't. I have plans," I said.

"Oh what are you doing?" Sarah asked.

"I have a date," I grinned.

" Ooo la la. With who?" Caroline giggled.

"Well his name is Brent. You know the guy that is always in the library?"

"He is so cute. Never really heard him talk but isn't he Macy's cousin?" Jenny asked.

"Yeah and trust me he talks. He is really nice, cute, and funny," I explain.

"Haha well good luck," Caroline said making kissing faces.
