Love Me for Me

Chapter Eleven

I officially quit my job and I guess you guessed it and took the job Hayden offered me. At first I was hesitant because I was scared of how it would look by me getting the job. That the staff would just see me as someone screwing the boss, but then I made up my mind that I would show them including Hayden just how qualified I was.

Graduation is around the corner and I couldn't be happier, I was so ready to put my school days behind me. Ever since the first night I stayed at Hayden's he as somehow kept me there with the help of Ciara of course. She practically begged to stay because she loved her new room. I was glad to see she was becoming happy again. She loved Hayden, hell sometimes I think more than me. Anyway today was Wednesday which means a school day. I slowly unwrapped myself from Hayden's arms and as soon as my feet touch the floor he woke up. "Where you going," he asked rubbing his eyes. "To go wake up Cece so she can get ready for school." he nodded and rolled out of bed and went to the bathroom.

When I went into Cece's room she was hanging off the bed like always. She had all that room and yet she still managed to try and fall out of the bed. I shook my head and went and started shaking her awake. "Hey sleepy head it's time to wake up." Like always she pulled the covers her head like that would protect her. I threw the covers of her, "If you don't get up I will tickle your little behind to death," I warned. She mumbled something but still wouldn't get up. I jumped on the bed and began tickling her everywhere to the point she couldn't breathe. "Stop it! Anna stop!"

"Are you going to get up," I asked still tickling her. "Yes! Yes!" I stopped and got out of bed along with her. When I walked back into Hayden's room he was coming out of the bathroom in just a towel. Damn his body was something. "I see you like what you see," he said biting his lip. "Nope I was just daydreaming," I said going to pick something to wear out. "You don't have to lie if you do baby girl," he said coming up behind me. I could feel him just inches from me and it was doing something to me knowing he was just in a towel. I got me out a baby blue bra with the matching panties and retreated to the bathroom. I got in a quick shower since we were running out of time and then brushed my teeth. When I was done I put on my undies and then a robe. When I came out Hayden wasn't in the room so I just went to the closet. Hayden insisted on me putting my clothes in the closet and instead of arguing I just agreed. I took out a black leather flared skirt with a black and gold crop top that said love. I rolled my hair the night before so it now had big curls. I put on my black Vans with my ankle bracelet. I didn't put on any make-up and only put on some black studs.

I looked in Ciara's room to see if she was in there and she wasn't so I figured she was in the kitchen. And of course I found her and Hayden eating a bowl of cereal and laughing. "What's so funny?" I asked walking in. "Hayden was telling me about how you snore," she said laughing while stuffing her face with lucky charms. "Oh really?" she shook her head wildly. "Well did he tell you that he snores too like elephant? That's why his nose is so big."

"You got jokes," Hayden said standing up. "And you laughing too lil bit," he said looking hurt. "I'm sowwy," she said trying to hold in her laughter. "That's okay I got you," he said picking her up and throwing her over his shoulder and walking out the kitchen with her screaming. I followed laughing my head off.

"You okay," Hayden asked when he stopped at a red light. We had just dropped Ciara off and now we were heading to school. "Yea why?"

"You just seem quiet today."

"Well aren't you just an observer," I said turning to face him. "Believe it or not I observe everything about you."

"Really? Now I'm interested."

"When you are nervous your eyes turn from grey to kind of green which is weird but different. When you are trying to figure something out you scrunch up your nose and your eyebrows a little." I was speechless I didn't know he watched me so carefully. I turned back around and looked out the window.
