Chapter Thirty

I woke up from my blissful dream hoping to see Hayden but all I felt was an empty bed. He must've gone to the trap to take care of some business. I decided to lay in bed a little while longer before I got up and went about my day. I didn't have anywhere to be since Hayden is cracking down on where I go. I guess I understand since this is his first child but sometimes I wish he would just take it down a notch. Even though, I can tell he will be a great dad because I have seen the way he takes care of me and Ciara. Deep down I was still scared about having another child. I didn't know if I was ready to child, hell I don't even know how to raise a child. I know Hayden likes to stay positive about everything but sometimes a person has to be realistic.

When I was ready to get up I saw a note lying on the dresser near the bed, it was form Hayden saying it would be back by one. It didn't say where he went but I knew not to worry since he always found a way to come back to me. I swear I felt like I was about to pop any day now, I really wanted baby boy to get out. I got out of bed and went to take a shower since I felt like I needed to relax, once I got out I felt so good. I wrapped a towel around my body and went to the closet to find something to wear. I chose a simple black and white maxi dress that flowed to the bottom of my feet. I didn't bother with shoes since I wasn't planning on going anywhere today.

I went downstairs and found Ciara sitting on the couch watching Shark Tale. "You eat?"

"No, I was waiting on you," she said looking up at me. "Well, then how about I make us some omelets with extra cheese?"

"Yea that sounds good." I nodded and then headed to the kitchen to make the omelets. While I was scrambling the eggs someone knocked on the door. I set everything down and made sure I turned off the stove. When I opened the door I saw someone I thought I would never see again. "What are you doing here?"

"I came to see you big sis," he said smiling from ear to ear. For some reason I felt like something was wrong and kept my guard up. "Don't look like that sis, I come in peace. Let me in so we can talk." Before I could talk he pushed his way in like he owned the place. "So where your boy toy?"

"What do you want Rico?"

"Like I said I came to see my fam," he said smiling. I couldn't lie he did look like the little brother I once knew but something just didn't feel right. "So what you and Ciara been up to?"

"I think you should go and come back when Hayden is here."

"So he isn't here," his once smile turned into a smirk like he finally got we he wanted. Ciara got the uneasy feeling too and she got up and stood beside me holding onto my hand. "You need to go."

"You are right but think I will take you with me." I then felt a pair of hands grab me around my mouth and lift me up. I looked over and saw they had Ciara too. Everything then went blank as I fell into darkness.

When I woke up I felt like I had been punched in the face. Everything hurt and I had no idea where I was. When I tried to move I realized I couldn't because I was chained to the wall. Now I was officially freaking out. "Anna," I heard someone whisper my name. "Anna," there it was again. "Ciara?"

"Yea, it's me," I felt her hand touch my hand relaxed. "Are you okay?"

"Yea but I'm scared, Anna I want to go home."

"We will baby girl just hang on, Hayden will find us."

"I highly doubt that," a voice said. I looked around but I couldn't see anything since it was dark. The lights came on revealing Kyle with Rico standing beside him. "See the problem with that plan is Hayden will die before he even finds you."
