Love Me for Me

Chapter Thirteen

So ever since I told Hayden about Kyle he has been crazy distant. When I go to bed he is never there and when I wake up he is never there. When I do see him he is short with me like he doesn't have time for me at all. He doesn't even look at me the same anymore. Just makes me wish I never told him about the baby and then maybe we would still be happy. I finally opened up to someone about what happened to me and they ran. With everything happening I just want to crawl up in a ball and cry. I trusted Hayden with my heart and my feelings and just like the rest he left me hanging. I decided that I would just move back to my place since I was clearly not wanted here anymore and plus I now had a better job so maybe I wouldn't struggle so much. Even Ciara was feeling the abandonment of Hayden; she grew to love him and now she was once again betrayed.

I rolled out of bed and went to take a shower before I began packing to go home. When I got out of the shower and wrapped the towel around my body. I picked out some black tights and white V-neck t-shirt with my black vans. I put my wet hair up in a messy bun. I wasn't really feeling the whole dress up thing so I was going to bum it out today. I headed to Ciara room to find her watching TV on the floor. "What you doing," I asked sitting down next to her. "Watching Finding Nemo."

"I thought you hated that movie?"

"Not anymore, I like it now because they are fish."

"So now you like fish," I asked bringing her to sit on my lap. She nodded her head repeatedly. "Well fish lover have you eaten?" She shook her head no while holding her stomach. "Maybe we can stop at IHOP when we get through packing."

"Why are we packing?"

"I think it's time we go back home and when we get there we can paint your room anyway you want."

"Really!"

"Yea really, now start packing I want to be home before night that way we can have us a movie night."

"Can I pick the movie," she asked looking at me with puppy dog eyes. "Whatever you want little bug."

Soon I had everything packed up; well, everything I came with. I refused to take anything he bought me, I wasn't about to take something from someone who didn't even want me around. Just as I was about to go get Ciara Hayden walked through the door.

"What are you doing?" I didn't answer I just continued zipping up the suitcases. "Answer me!" he yelled. "Oh so I do exist? Cause for the past week I have been none fucking existent."

"Look I have just-"

"Don't Hayden I don't want to hear your bullshit story, I have been listening to that same ass story my whole life. I knew I shouldn't have told you about the baby and Kyle but foolish me I thought maybe just maybe you would be fucking different. And you want to know what's worse is you didn't just push me away you pushed Ciara away too. That little girl attached to you because you fucking promised you would never leave and just like the others you lied too. Look you can do whatever you want from now on because I'm going home where at least I know where the fuck I stand."

"Look I know I have been a jerk lately but I can't lose you not right now," he said standing in front of me. "Move Hayden," was all I said before going around him and going to get Ciara. She was already waiting for me at the cab. When she looked up at Hayden I could tell she was hurting and that was the main reason I was leaving. She didn't deserve to go through that kind of pain and I wasn't about to let her.

When I finally got in the cab I looked at Hayden one last time and told the driver to drive off. when the car begin to move all I wanted to do was break down and cry but I knew I couldn't. I had to be strong for Ciara I just had to. I so badly wanted to turn back around and give him another chance but in my experiences no one I ever given another chance to they never do what they say. I couldn't take that chance not anymore, the pain of going through that was just too much.
