Damion Jones

Crap! Crap! Crap! I knew it! I knew, there was something up! Goddess, why did I choose to come back. I crouched on the floor trying to hold everything together. But I felt tears running across my cheeks. Because my worst fear is coming to live. My tears burned and I'm breaking apart. Brain must have heard me because he came out just to give me a tight hug.

"We'll get her back, that I promise you, partner," he'd said. All I did was nod. I could say anything. He shook me. "Hey! Hey! Listen, we will bring her home. I promise, Damion, even if I had to get my entire pack involved I will.

I moaned when I woke up to this huge headache, and rubbed my head. Then I suddenly looked around and noticed that I wasn't at the Safehouse, but I was wearing my combat uniform. All I can remember was feeling the jolt again and hitting the floor. Both Eric and I must have switched back to our old forms. And at that same time, David or whoever was back at the Safehouse took the time to grab me and put me in this creepy looking cave and prison-like cell.

I wish I could let everyone know where I am, so they can come and find me. Suddenly, I heard this loud bang that grabbed my attention and who do I see? My eyes widened as I saw my Uncle Seth emerging from the darkness nearby. He seemed so different from the last time I saw him. Almost like a walking corpse if you ask me and a very scary one.

"Hello, Sara," he weakly said. "Glad to see you."

"Uncle Seth, what do you want?" I asked him.

"Your powers, to heal myself," he said.

"Well, you're not getting them," I said, as he started laughing like it was some cruel joke. "What's so funny?"

"Silly, Sara, you won't have a choice, not when I put AM in your bloodstream," he said, as I gulped. "Don't worry, sweetie, I won't make you do anything that would lead you to your death. You are, after all, family. Even I have limits on that."

"So what are you going to do to me?" I asked. He attempted to touch my right cheek, but I pulled away.

"Well, my dear, once I get your powers, temporarily, I'll have my friend David perform a spell that would get you to be on our side and once that happens, you get your powers back," he said. "Best part, even if your dad does find a way to reverse the spell, you won't be able to remember anything."

I gulped again as I could feel my stomach twist at the idea of what Seth has in store for me. Now I really wish I could, wait! Erick and I are mates, right? So, if I call him mentally, he could find me, right? Well, there's only one way to find out.

"Erick!" I cried mentally. "Please, Erick, come on. Please, hear me."

...

Erick

I woke up and sat up from my bed when I heard Sara's voice. My eyes glowed and I gave a loud growl. I must have gotten attention because alpha Bill was sitting in a chair close by and was staring right at me. He had that sad look on his eyes. "Erick, are you alright?" he asked.

"No," I said, breathing heavily. "It's Sara, she's in danger."

"How do you know?" he asked. Rubbing my forehead.

"She's trying to reach me, you know, considering we're mates," I said.

"Can you see where she is?" he asked.

"Even better, I can show you where she's at," I said.

"Well, let's go get her," he said.

...

When Alpha Bill gives an order, we all follow it as we do with Luna Athena when she'd been giving the orders. As a pack, we protect our own, and as my mate, Sara is part of our pack. Another great thing about being a werewolf and being in a pack like the Silverbacks? When someone is in danger, we won't give up until that person is back safely. And we will get Sara back. Hang on, Sara, we are coming.

Hang on, Sara, we are coming. I heard, as Uncle Seth had me tied and forced me to walk where he walks just like a dog on a leash. Even pulls me to walk faster every now then and David is not far behind. Actually, he's keeping me from running. We walked quite a bit of a long and dark hallway that was just as creepy as the cellar I was in.

He later led me to this really dark room with a large altar. It was actually large enough for a human.

"So, the disappearances were your doing after all," I said. "David was your accomplice."

"You are quite intelligent, considering that you actually caught that on," he said, preparing a syringe to put the AM liquid.

"Daddy, will figure it out, Uncle Seth," I angrily said. He smirked and placed the tip of the syringe close to the bottle for the liquid to run into it. At the same time David held me by the hands and shoved me onto the altar.

Then David pinned me down as he wrapped leather straps around my hands and feet. He made it so tight that I couldn't move at all.

"Hold still, sweetie," Uncle Seth said, getting closer to me in order to insert the syringe. That is until a low werewolf howl. He and David growled at the sight of it. I know that howl anywhere and chuckled.

"They are coming for you, Uncle Seth," I said, giving him a huge smile. "My mate, and his pack are coming for you."

He looked at me in horror. He knows better than to mess with anyone in a werewolf pack, and since he'd kidnapped me without knowing that I was mated to a werewolf. He's doomed himself. And since I'm mated, he can't do any harm to me.

"You're done for, Uncle Seth," I said. Having that big and wide smile on my face.

"No, there's another way, I don't need AM for this, and we can still do the spell, even if it is just temporary," He said, throwing both the syringe and the bottle on the ground. He got close to my neck and let out his fangs. And he bit me so much that I screamed in pain. I could only hope that Erick is close enough to hear.
