Chapter 15

  Sara Water Jones

I walked alone on the edge of the forest after what happened last night. Looking around and seeing everyone. People that I nearly killed because of David's spell that bewitched me. I didn't want to be near them right now, I wanted to run. Run away and never come back. I don't care what anyone says. I just don't want to be here. So, I did, I ran. Though, I ran fast, but not far. Because Erick didn't let me, he would find me quickly and grab me tightly. Because we are mates he can find me easily, especially when he's awake. Everyday, I couldn't help, but try to run. And everyday Erick would grab me to drive me back to the safehouse. Mom would put a spell on me to put me to sleep.

"It won't hold her for long," Ariana said, shaking her head. "I'm worried about her."

I sighed and was in the same boat. I looked at Sara as she slept away the trauma she's been through and just had an idea.

"I have an idea," I said, running out of the Safehouse before Ariana could ask me about it. Even if I could tell her, I know she would say no. The idea is to do a spell that would turn her into a werewolf permanently, and it would erase everything that Seth and David did. However, it would require her sacrificing one of her other forms. Damion would hate it, but even he would do anything so that Sara would have somewhat of a normal life. I think the reason for Sara being easily bewitched is because of her witch form. In fact, I think this whole ordeal that Seth went after Sara is because of her witch form and its healing abilities.

If we change her, maybe it'll stop. However the spell can only be performed by a werewolf and not just any werewolf, it would be an Alpha. Which is why I left the Safehouse quickly, to talk with Alpha Bill about it.When I slowed down, I managed to see Alpha Bill walking to his office. I was just in time. He normally goes in there to have meetings and stuff.

"Alpha, may I speak with you?" I asked as he stopped halfway to the door and the steps.

"Of course, Erick, what is it?" he asked. Looking concerned.

"It's about Sara," I said, nodding and urging me inside.

We walked inside and sat down at his desk. I told him about the idea of doing the spell to make Sara a werewolf, he was looking even more concerned than before. He sighed and looked out the window to where the Safehouse is at, and looked back at me. He knows I was just as concerned about the spell, but he also knows that I'm more worried about Sara.

"Let me talk with Ariana, and back with you," he said, not the answer I was looking for, but I nodded.

I slowly rose from my seat and bowed to him. Afterwards, I began to walk out the door and added. "Oh, and Alpha, while you are deciding, I thought you should know that Sara tried to run away today. The effect of being bewitched by someone evil as Seth and David is taking a toll on her. Ariana is keeping asleep with a spell, but she fears that it would not be enough."

I closed the door behind me and sighed with frustration as I did, I turned into James and ran into the woods. But I haven't gone far, considering I didn't want to be away from Sara.

I watched Erick running to the woods. I know he wants to do the right thing with Sara, but doing The Werewolf Turn Spell is super dangerous and risky. I cursed the day that I learned such a spell. When it comes to having a werewolf gift there is a 50/50 chance that she could die from the turn. And there's one more thing we must keep in mind, she's a mix we could destroy the wrong form, considering the spell doesn't allow for us to choose the form. I took a walk from my office to the Safehouse, Ariana always leaves the door open for me or anyone in the pack to walk in, at least until now. I rattled the doorknob, and it was locked, not that I blame her, she almost lost her child, after all. I smiled and knocked. It has been a long time since I've done something as normal as a simple knock. Then again, it has been a long time since I've been normal at all. Though, being normal is overrated.
