Prologue

  Long ago, in a faraway world called the Spirit World. In this world, our people coexist with each other. Thanks to our King and Queen,their presence has ensured peace and within the years of their ruling, they were able to produce three offspring. Two sons and a daughter who will safeguard the land in the future, or it was what we were told. One of the princes, Seth, grew to loathe humanity, believing that they all should be enslaved as pets for the supernaturals. Going against everything the family represents. Therefore, the family had no choice, but to cast him out to the Dark Woods. With this idea fresh in his head, Seth's heart grew darker and vows to return with an army to overthrow the crown.

No one has heard from the prince since his exile. With dark creatures lurking in those woods: Ghouls, Phantoms and much more, there could be a chance that the prince himself is dead. No one who has been sent to the dark woods has ever survived. With a heavy heart, the royal family had no choice, but to pronounce him dead.   Heartbroken about what happened, the family knew of their duties, and it comes first no matter the cost.

With the holidays around the corner, now, they can relax with some festivities and games. Some fun for the remaining prince and princess, this includes some dancing. Just anything to take their troubles away. It wasn't long before their long night of fun was about to get interrupted because deep in their civilization, their enemy (The dark creatures) was already in their world and war broke out long before anyone realized it. They couldn't understand how and why their enemy would attack them during these precious times.

At this time, the royal family came up with one conclusion, Seth is alive.

...

Seth is the ruler of the dark creatures, and has returned to fulfill his promise about overthrowing the crown. He didn't care about going against his own family. His war lasted for a long time. Even now,  under his rule, everyone suffered. Seth was so fixated on control, he imprisoned everyone who weren't useful to his new society. Again, in his new society, those who are useful, he would keep them as pets for blood. The royal family did everything they could to save them, but failed altogether. Feeling hopeless, they could only see their realm continuing on with its path of destruction.

                   ...

        But then,...

    It was like a giant jolt of lightning hitting the ground, Hecate, our Goddess, sent an army of her own to fight against Seth and freed those he'd imprisoned. Our Goddess's army was fierce. For Seth, it was just too much, even driving him and his army into a retreat.

                          ...

With peace restored once more, Hecate and army waste no time to hide our new society from The Dark Creatures by using her powers to create an invisible shield. In addition, Our Goddess left us a gift before she and her Guardians went back to their world. This gift, said to be the most powerful and become the light to the darkness left by Seth and his army. Time will tell, if those stories are true.

Speaking of time, the royal family believe that our new society should develop a change and to finally put an end to Seth's war for good. So, what the royal family managed to do to keep the peace is create three laws, benefitting both species. For instance, Supernaturals can gain power, create an army and grab any piece of land where-ever they wish, if they are within the city's range, Second, never ever force a human to change their form. Guide them. Let them devour the taste. Make them want more. Make them want to be part of our world. The third law, have every newborn's name and information catalog in the database for the world to see. These same laws are the only reason our people can coexist with these humans. In addition to these laws, the royal family created a new name for our society. They called it: Phantom Moon.

15 years later....

Phantom Moon grew overtime, for some, it took some adjustment. From cobblestone roads to concrete, to small town buildings becoming big skyscrapers, etc. For others, it was something that should have come sooner. Regardless of the situation, Phantom Moon became a society filled with new adventures and new opportunities, and to make sure everyone is following all our laws; we even added a scene on one of the skyscrapers to display our newborn's information.

However, is it all that it seems? Is it the same society, the royal family, and our Goddess fought so hard to keep the peace?

Not if I have something to say about that, considering I'm more of a cautious type of person. I'm always watching out for anything that would jeopardize the peace. The very peace that my family, our Goddess, Hecate had fought so hard to protect and restore. There's no doubt in the back of my mind that evil is rising again. I fear for the people for both the old generation and the new, considering both have been through so much and put all their energy into rebuilding this new society.

I would hate to see it crumple again, and as a Guardian, and the remaining royal family member. I vowed to protect this city from that evil.
